The easy way to a healthy smile

1. Insert the brush gently between your teeth. Look in the mirror for easier use. Do not force the brush into a space, choose a smaller size if the brush is too big.

2. Move the brush full length back and forth a few times. 3. Rinse the brush in water after use. Replace it when the

fi laments become worn.

2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45° angle against both gums and teeth. Clean gently with small movements.

3. Rinse the toothbrush in water after use. Replace your brush regularly – it will not clean your teeth properly once the fi laments become worn.

It is easy to forget that the tooth has two more sides – between the teeth. Use an interdental brush, stick or dental fl oss for cleaning this area. For a fresh breath, complete your daily oral care routine by using a tongue cleaner to remove bacteria from the tongue.

An interdental brush cleans between the teeth, where a tooth-brush does not reach. Use daily as a complement to your regular toothbrushing to keep gums and teeth healthy.

TePe’s wide assortment of interdental brushes offers an option for everybody. The brushes are available with a choice of handle lengths, angles and filament texture. How to brushBrush twice a day, in the morning and at night before bedtime.

Choose a toothbrush with a small brush head and gentle filaments. The handle should fit a small child’s hand, but also the adult helping the child to brush.

Apply a small amount of toothpaste – the size of the child’s little finger nail – to the toothbrush.

Brush the inside, the outside and biting surfaces of the teeth. Always brush in the same order, to make sure no tooth surface is forgotten.

Place the filaments along the teeth and gum line in a 45º angle. Brush with a slight pressure using small movements. It is important to clean the gum line area, where bacteria easily build up.
