About Terex University Vision: Terex University will be a “one-stop shop” for our Team Members’ learning and development needs around the world. Mission: To improve business performance by making our Team Members more effective and enabling them to grow and develop.

• Where Team Members can find the resources they need to enhance their capabilities and improve business performance

• Where Team Members will find customized curricula based on job function and functional competencies.

Policies: Approvals

Courses should ideally be taken to address opportunities identified in individual development plans. Courses that require Manager approval are indicated during the registration process. Cancellations

Cancellations with less then 10 days’ notice will be charged to the Team Member in the full amount. Cost

All courses, unless they are required, have a cost associated with them. The cost includes: materials, instructor and lunch.

Charge backs Upon completion of the course, each Team Member’s department will be charged back the cost of the course.

Travel Traveling to attend a course is not encouraged. Please speak with your Manager and local HR representative before registering for a session in another location. Travel related expenses must be approved in advance. Reimbursement requires the submission of an expense report.

Think Terex, Think Integrity Training Series 1) Course Name: Think Terex, Think Integrity I Description: This online training program builds on the foundation laid by Terex in the previous year’s rollout of the revised Terex Code of Ethics and Conduct. As part of an ongoing, company-wide Terex Business Practices program, its primary purpose is to raise employee awareness that business must be conducted responsibly, using good business practices. The program reaffirms the avenues available to report ethical or other concerns, and emphasizes that ethical and fair business conduct is every employee’s responsibility. Course Type: Online Length: 45 Minutes Required For: All Team Members Language: Available online in English only Cost: None Notes: DVD versions of this training are available in multiple languages by request. 2) Course Name: Think Terex, Think Integrity II Description: This online training program is designed to further raise Team Member awareness of the principles and values embodied in the TEREX Business Practices program. Course Type: Online Length: 45 Minutes Required For: All Team Members Language: Available online in English only Cost: None Notes: DVD versions of this training are available in multiple languages by request. 3) Course Name: Think Terex, Think Integrity III Description: Ethical Leadership: The Terex Way is the third course in the Think Terex, Think Integrity series. This course demonstrates that a leader's attitudes and behaviors in the workplace have a profound impact on the attitudes and behaviors of Team Members. 4) Course Name: Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) I Description: To prevent U.S. companies and individuals from engaging in bribery to gain an unfair advantage in the competitive market. The objectives of this course are to: 1) Learn what is prohibited and required by the FCPA. 2) Learn what constitutes a bribe, who is affected and associated penalties. Course Type: Online Length: 45 Minutes Required For: Team Members Manager level and above with access to email and who work in a Sales function. Language: Available in English only Cost: None 5) Course Name: Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) II – Dealing with Third Parties Description: Examine issues and potential problems regarding working with third-party intermediaries in foreign government business dealings. The objectives of this course are to: 1) Recognize and resolve "red flags," which may indicate a possible violation of the FCPA. 2) Understand that proper due diligence must be performed and recorded prior to entering into an agreement with a third party. 7) Course Name: EU Competition Description: The European Commission promotes open competition in the European marketplace. Fair competition laws prohibit business practices that restrict competition. The objectives of this course are to: 1) Understand the seriousness with which fair competition is regarded in the EU. 2) Recognize situations in which EU competition laws may apply and understand the consequences for violation of these laws. 3) Know when to seek guidance or reference company policy regarding EU Competition laws or regulations. Global Business Skills Course Name: Global Business Skills Seminar: China/Eastern Asia Description: This course is designed for Team Members who are, or will be, doing business in Asia. *Note there is pre-work associated with this course. Please submit the pre-work prior to the date of the course. Finance Course Name: The Business of Finance Description: This course is composed of a fast-paced learning simulation in which Team Members actually run a manufacturing facility. During the second half of the day Team Members delve into Terex financials and complete Terex-specific exercises. Log in Instructions: • Log into - https://gm1.geolearning.com/geonext/terex/login.geo • Login Credentials

Username – Firstname.Lastname (same as your current TTMS username)

Password – (If you have forgotten or never received your password, please click the “forgot your password” link on the main log in screen and it will be emailed to you.)

Locating Required Training • After logging in, use the main navigation bar to locate the “Learning and

Metrics” tab – click to view. • On the main center portion of the screen, the courses you are required to

complete will be listed under “My Required Learning.”

Searching for a course via the course catalog • After logging in, use the main navigation bar to locate the “Learning and

Metrics” tab – click to view. • Click “Course Catalog,” which you’ll see on the right side of the screen. • Search alphabetically, using the key words for the course or competency • Choose the correct course and click “Details.”

Launching Online Learning

• After finding the course - • Select the course • Click LAUNCH to begin. • Please disable your pop-up blockers by following the instructions below

before you click launch. • Please disable pop-up blockers before clicking launch (While in the

internet browser, click “tools,” “pop-up blocker,” then”turn off pop-up blocker.”

Enrolling in an Instructor-led course • After finding the course - • Select the course • Click “Scheduled Classes” to view class dates/times for open enrollment. • Select the class with the best date/time for your schedule and click “Enroll

in this Class.” • An outlook calendar invite will be sent to your email address.
