Term 4 Week 5 Date: 9th November 2017
“Our School...Your Children...Their Future”
Dear Parents & Carers,
I would like to give a few reminders to support the great running of our school:
Please do not bring animals onto school
grounds unless permission from the class-
room teacher has already been organised.
This includes those special times when
children would like to give class news to
their peers.
Thank you to parents and carers who are
waiting for their children each afternoon
near the Heritage Garden. Waiting directly
outside classrooms can become a distraction
to your children.
Children should not be arriving at school
before 8.50am, unless they catch an early
bus. I am noticing an increasing number of
students who walk to school or are dropped
off by relatives arriving well before this time.
I would appreciate your support in making
arrangements to ensure your child/ren do
not arrive before 8.50am when staff
supervision formally commences. Exceptions
to this are early bus arrivals, band students
on their respective rehearsal days and
children who are attending EOOSH.
Vehicles on school grounds. In light of the
recent tragedy at Banksia Road Public
School, parents and carers are reminded
that there is no vehicle access to the school
grounds with the exception of those
authorised to use the disabled car park.
