Shipping ErrorsPlease report all shipping errors immediately to KBN-Proquip at 1-866-852-6872. All errors must be reported within five days to KBN-Proquip. Do not hold shipping errors for your representatives unless advised to do so. We will make arrangements to correct the error at no additional charge to you. Invoice numbers, number of boxes and date are required at the time of reporting.

Damaged CartonsDamage claims are the responsibility of shipping party paying the freight. Damage to KBN-Proquip pre paid orders should be reported to KBN-Proquip upon receipt and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. ANY DAMAGE NOT REPORTED WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECIEIPT CAN NOT BE ADJUSTED/CREDITED.
