Role of ParticipantsSpecific Role Breakdown To be reviewed by all participants in the Contract.

1. The Company

• 1.1) Charges, fees, bills incurred related to the post, will be reimbursed by the Client to the

Company.

• 1.2) Prepare the necessary recruitment paper work, outline the terms and conditions for the Client,

Applicant and the Company.

• 1.3) Confirm Applicant has acquired the credentials, experience and training for the post/position

that has surfaced.

• 1.4) Successful applicant curriculum vitae are submitted to the client.

• 1.5) Arrange Applicants interview with the Client.

• 1.6) Notify Client of its responsibility to the Company in respect of Applicant working arrangements.

• 1.7) Carry out appraisal health check on both Applicant and Client during placement period.

• 1.8) Notify the Client and the Applicant the arrangements for the timesheet, i.e. salaries are

payable within 7 days of receipt of timesheet from the Applicant. (authorised by the Client for

the hours Applicants worked, sign and dated).

• 1.9) Arrange the necessary Bacs and the generic code structure for inflow and outflow settlement

between the Client, Company and the Applicant. (communication channels).

• 1.10) Applicant is always paid on time, within 7 days of receipt of time sheet.

• 1.11) Arrange the necessary Bacs and the generic code structure for inflow and outflow settlements

between the Client, Applicant and the Company.

• 1.12) Agree to the Terms of Condition set out in this contract from, for Company, Applicant and the

Client.

• 1.13) Invoice are released to the Client immediately after the receipt of the time sheet from the

Applicant.

2. The Applicant

• 2.1) Provide professional service to the Company and the Client.

• 2.2) Agree to the term and conditions set out in this contract form, for Company, Applicant and the

Client.

• 2.3) Agreement that the Applicant will provide a service to the Client as agreed in the job spec.

• 2.4) Time sheets are authorised by appointed senior officer, to verify hours Applicant has worked.

• 2.5) Existing Client can introduce the Applicant to a new Client within the same establishment, new

Client can directly engage the Applicant within/during the time of placement, or at the date of

the termination of the contract period.

• 2.6) If the Client wishes to extend Applicants contract beyond the initial term of contract, the Client

shall not be liable to additional fee or charges other than those set out in the first engagement.

• 2.7) If existing or new Client engages the Applicant directly during placement or after termination

contract period, any of the Client if it wishes, notify the Company of the engagement, and

provide the details it feels is relevant and important to the Company.

• 2.8) Both Company and Client shall be held liable for mismanagement of Applicants details and

finances, this also include misleading the Applicant, and false and misrepresentation of

Applicant portfolio (curriculum vitae/experience/reason for departure) to internal community

(Agency) and the wider global market (clients). Both Company and Client shall be held

liable, and accountable for any suffering incurred physically or physiologically from such

ordeal to the Applicant.

• 2.9) Company and the Client shall also be liable to any suffering or equivalent inflicted upon the

Applicant, during working hours of placement including lunch breaks, Applicant shall try and

use any form of diplomatic means to swiftly settle any misunderstanding or disagreement.

• 2.10) In the event of unfortunate loss of the Applicant during placement, a replacement will be found

immediately for the Client at no extra cost or equivalent, on the Client and the Applicant.

• 2.11) Both Client and the Company shall cover and reimburse all expenses rising directly related to

Applicant work to and from, these include travel, hotel, and other expenses including VAT

charge.

• 2.12) Applicant is entitle to additional annual leave with full pay to cover private study during

placement with the Client through the Company.

• 2.13) Applicant shall also be entitle to annual leave with full pay.

• 2.14) Applicant shall be entitled to holiday pay from the Client and Company, calculated separately

and added onto Applicants basic rate.

• 2.15) Failure to sign the time sheet due to disagreement of hours, will not result or be subjected to

interest charges from the Client and the Company.

• 2.16) During placement with the Client, Applicant shall be entitled to training from the client, at no

cost on the Applicant.

• 2.17) Applicant is entitle to bonus pay from the Client, without a percentage cut transfers to the

company.

• 2.18) Applicant will be entitle to 30 day holiday break per year with full pay, Applicant holiday pay will

not be deducted from Applicants earnings (basic and bonus pay) during and after placement

with the Company and the Client, nor will the 30 days holiday break be based on credits,

points, or vouchers accumulated over the duration of placement period.

• 2.19) Applicant placement with the Client and the Company, agree to keep the applicant on for at

least three months from the commencement date of placement.

• 2.20) Both Client and the Company are not permitted to lay off (or equivalent) Applicant within the

first three months of placement, or deduct, reduce or withdraw applicants earning during

placement with the Client or the Company. Applicant is also entitled to Sick pay on top

of Applicants basic pay, without deductions to Applicants basic pay, over time, bonus, and

annual leave entitlement.

• 2.21) Reclaim on VAT, both Client and the Company need to ensure double count is avoided.

• 2.22) Applicant will not be responsible for carrying-out repairs to photocopier and printer during

placement.

• 2.23) Applicant placement with Client will be minimum for 3 months, during the first 3 months of

placement, Applicant will be entitled to full pay (standard pay 35 hours per week + overtime),

payed regardless if either Client and the Company decide to terminate the contract/

employment of Applicant within the first 3 months of placement, , regardless if the Applicant

has clocked up the agreed hours.

3. The Client

• 3.1) Agree to the term and conditions set out in this contract form, for Client, Applicant, and the

Client.

• 3.2) Arrange the necessary Bacs and the generic code structure for inflow and outflow payments

and any outstanding settlements between the Client, Applicant and the Company.

• 3.3) Prior to Applicants placement, Client shall has to confirm whether it does conform with the

legal and professional employment regulations, i.e. placement is fit for working environment.

(health and safety, tackle discrimination, age discrimination, etc.)
