Terms and Conditions of “BoC Pay HK$30 Welcome Rewards Promotion (the
“Welcome Rewards Promotion”):
1. Unless otherwise specified, the Welcome Rewards Promotion is valid from 1 July to
30 September 2020 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Welcome Rewards Promotion consists of “First Bound Reward” (refer to clause 2a) and “Spending Reward” (refer to clause 2b). Each customer (identified by Identity Document number) can earn a maximum of HK$30 from the Welcome Rewards Promotion. a. A customer who successfully downloads BoC Pay and binds it with his/her BOC
Dual Currency Credit Card bearing the logo issued in Hong Kong (the
“Eligible Credit Card”) and/or Smart Account and/or register the Payment
Account for the first time (the “Eligible Customer”) during the Promotion Period
is eligible for a HK$10 reward (the “First Bound Reward”).
b. An Eligible Customer who conducts 3 or more spending transactions and/or
fund transfers and/or bill payments via BoC Pay for any amount within the first
2 calendar months upon the first binding (the “Eligible Transaction”) is eligible
for a HK$20 reward (the “Spending Reward”).
3. The Welcome Rewards will be credited to the Eligible Credit Card/Smart
Account/Payment Account, which was first bound with BoC Pay. The Welcome
Rewards will be credited to the relevant account according to the following
arrangement upon verification of the respective binding/registration/spending record
by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit Card
(International) Limited (the “Card Company”):
a. For an Eligible Customer who has bound BoC Pay with an Eligible Credit Card,
the Welcome Rewards will be in the form of a credit card cash rebate, and will
be credited to the respective card account. The entitled Welcome Rewards of
Additional Cardholders will be credited to the account of the main cardholder.
The cash rebate will be credited to the respective account according to the
schedule below and will be posted in the respective monthly statement.

b. For an Eligible Customer who has first bound BoC Pay with a Smart
Account/Payment Account, the Welcome Rewards will be credited to the
respective account in the form of cash according to the schedule below. If the
Welcome Rewards could not be credited to the respective account due to
account condition, the Welcome Rewards will be credited to the master account
of the Smart Account (HKD current account or HKD saving account) without any
prior notice.

4. Only Eligible Customers whose Eligible Credit Card accounts and/or Smart Account
and/or Payment Account are bound with BoC Pay, and are valid and in good
standing throughout the Promotion Period and at the time of crediting the Welcome
Rewards, will be eligible for the Welcome Rewards. Otherwise the Welcome
Rewards will be forfeited. In the event of termination of a credit card account,
violation of Card User Agreement, overdue payment, bad record, or forfeiture of the
Welcome Rewards during the Promotion Period or at the time of crediting the
Welcome Rewards, the Welcome Rewards will not be credited to the designated
account and will be cancelled automatically forthwith. Any fraudulent, unauthorised,
unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as an Eligible
Transaction and will not qualify for the Welcome Rewards.
5. The Welcome Rewards cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other gifts,
and are also non-refundable, non-transferrable and not for sale. The Welcome
Rewards awarded to the Eligible Credit Card account is only for retail spending after
the Welcome Rewards have been awarded and cannot be used to offset any cash
advance, financial charge or outstanding balance incurred before the Welcome
Rewards were awarded.
Terms and Conditions of BoC Pay Latest Offers:
PARKnSHOP
1. The Program is valid from 1 July to 31 August 2020 (both dates inclusive and based
on the transaction date) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Program applies to QR Code payments made with the BoC Pay mobile app.
The customer must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile app with a BOC Dual
Currency Credit Card bearing the logo issued in Hong Kong and/or Smart
Account and/or Payment Account (the “BoC Pay”).
3. The Program is applicable to PARKnSHOP, FUSION, TASTE, INTERNATIONAL,
food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, SU-PA-DE-PA (only applicable to
Supermarket section), EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store (collectively
known as the “Merchants”) outlets in Hong Kong.
4. A customer who settles payment with BoC Pay at the Merchants can enjoy the
following offers (the “Offers”):
i. Offer 1: Every Friday to Sunday during the Promotion Period, the customer can
receive a HK$50 PARKnSHOP cash voucher upon any eligible single net
spending (as defined in clause 5) of HK$500 or above (“Offer 1”).
ii. Offer 2: Every Monday to Thursday during the Promotion Period, the customer
can receive a HK$10 PARKnSHOP cash voucher upon any eligible single net
spending (as defined in clause 5) of HK$100 or above (“Offer 2”).
5. Eligible Spending is the final amount payable after deducting the value of any
cash/gift vouchers (includes eVouchers) used when making a retail purchase in
Hong Kong Dollars.
6. The Offers are applicable to any single net transaction on a single sales slip; split
sales transactions are not eligible for the Program. The Program is not applicable to
the purchase of gift coupons, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone
cards/prepaid phone cards/gift cards, food coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card,
consignment counter transactions, bill payments, Octopus/Alipay value-added
services, any redemption promotions and e-stamp redemptions, bulk/case
purchases with single transaction over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping
bag charges, delivery service charges, 3 Shop products & services, purchase at
PARKnSHOP.com, PARKnSHOP APP, www.greatfoodhall.com or TasteToGo APP,
phone/fax orders and transactions made via e-wallets (except BoC Pay).
7. Each Customer can only enjoy Offer 1 or Offer 2 once per day.
8. Quota applies (Offer 1: 62,000 and Offer 2: 70,000) and on a first-come-first-served
basis while stock lasts.
9. PARKnSHOP cash vouchers (the “Vouchers”) will be distributed by the Merchants
at the time of payment. The Vouchers are valid until 29 September 2020 and can
only be used for the next purchase. The customer must settle payment at the
Merchants’ outlets with BoC Pay when using the Vouchers for their next purchase.
Only one Voucher is accepted per transaction. Vouchers are not valid for
transactions made at self-checkout machines. Use of the Vouchers is subject to the
terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchants. Please refer to the back of the
Vouchers for details.
10. The Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts
and are not transferable.
11. Any cancelled/refunded/falsified/unposted transactions are not counted as eligible
transactions. In the event of cancellation of the transactions that are used for the
Offers’ eligibility, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC
Credit Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) reserve the right to debit the relevant
Credit Card/Smart Account/Payment account with the amount equivalent to the
value of the Voucher(s) without prior notice.
12. Free delivery service is only applicable to final payment of net amount of HK$600or
above after deducting the Offers or other discounts.
13. No person other than the customer and BOCHK and/or the Company will have any
rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy
the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
14. BOCHK and/or the Company accept no liability for the quality of or any other
matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by the Merchants. The
Merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the
goods, products and services.
15. BOCHK and/or the Company and the Merchants reserve the right to change,
suspend or terminate the Offers or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion
without prior notice.
16. BOCHK and/or the Company and the Merchants reserve the right of final decision
on all matters and disputes.
17. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the
Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
arome Hong Kong
1. The promotion period of arome Hong Kong (the Merchant) Offer from 15 June (7:00)
to 17 July (23:59), 2020, both date inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). arome Hong
Kong is applicable to the payment of UnionPay QR Code (including BoC Pay) via
UnionPay network.
2. During the Promotion Period, Customer will have an instant discount of HK$5 upon
single net spending of HK$25 (“Offer 1”); or will have an instant discount of HK$30
upon single net spending of HK$180 (“Offer 2”) with payment of UnionPay QR Code
(including BoC Pay) at all outlets of arome Hong Kong.
3. Each card or account is eligible to enjoy Offer 1 or Offer 2 once per day (from
00:00am to 11:59:59pm on the same day).
4. The Offer is limited to 57,000 quotas in total and quota applies on a first-come-first-
served basis while stock lasts.
5. The Offers will be given away immediately upon eligible transaction. No
accumulation nor replacement is allowed.
6. Instant discount amount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with cash or
other products / services. Offer is based on net single spending and not eligible for
any split transactions.
7. The offers are only applicable to the spot purchase and pre-order designated
products at the Outlets. They are not applicable to online cake ordering and onsite
purchase of cake vouchers, designated festive products as well as other value-
added service (including but not limited to Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go,
TNG Wallet and other value-added card or device). Pre-ordered products must be
picked up during the promotion period and must be paid in full amount when placing
an order.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, merchant / member benefits,
cash coupons, discounts and gift certificates, unless otherwise stated.
9. Offer is not applicable to the levy on plastic shopping bag charged by government.
10. Any cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unposted transactions are not counted as eligible
transaction, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit
Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) reserves the right to debit the relevant
Credit Card / Smart Account / Payment account with the amount equivalent to the
value of the Offer without prior notice to the customer.

Hong Kong Times Square
1. The promotion period of Hong Kong Times Square offer runs from 15 June to 31
August 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Hong Kong Times
Square Offer is applicable to the payment of BoC Pay via UnionPay network.
2. During the promotion period, customer is entitled to redeem totaling HK$400
Shopping Coupon (including two HK$50 Shopping Coupons and one HK$300
Shopping Coupon) upon spending of HK$800 or above (a maximum of 2 sales slips
from different merchants can be accumulated) (the “eligible transaction”) at Hong
Kong Times Square (the “Times Square”) with BoC Pay (the “Offer”).
3. Each card or account is eligible to enjoy the offer once per day (from 00:00am to
11:59:59pm on the same day).
4. Accumulated spending must be settled with the same BoC Pay App account.
5. HK$50 Shopping Coupon & HK$300 Shopping Coupon are available with daily
quota on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
6. Each eligible transaction can only be used for redemption once. Split transactions
will not be accepted. Sales slips and machine-printed merchant invoices used in
other promotions in Times Square can be reused in this Promotion.
7. HK$50 Shopping Coupon is eligible to be used upon spending of every HK$100 at
designated merchants in Times Square. HK$300 Shopping Coupon is eligible to be
used upon spending of every HK$900 at designated merchants in Times Square. A
maximum of 10 pcs of HK$50 Shopping Coupon and 4 pcs of HK$300 Shopping
Coupon can be used each time. Please visit Times Square Official Website for
participating merchant list. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value
of Shopping Coupon must be settled by UnionPay Card via UnionPay network.
8. Customers are required to present the same-day original copies of valid sales slip
and machine-printed merchant sales invoice, together with the transaction details at
BoC Pay App in person at UnionPay redemption counter on 8/F of Times Square on
transaction day from 10am to 10pm. Staff members reserve the right to ask for
identity proof for verification purpose.
9. Eligible transaction amount is calculated in terms of the actual spending amount
(only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged
coupons or cash coupons).
10. Only original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips are
accepted. The original copy of machine-printed merchant sales invoice should state
the merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount and sales items clearly.
The original copy of sales slip should indicate the UnionPay Card card number,
merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and
signature of Cardholders (if applicable) clearly. If Cardholders cannot present the
valid original copies of sales invoices, sales slips and/or UnionPay Card with
consistent information including UnionPay Card card number, merchant name,
transaction date, transaction amount etc, or the information provided by Cardholders
is insufficient, Cardholders will not be able to redeem Shopping Coupon for whatever
reason.
11. Sales invoices from the following merchants or transactions will not be eligible:
treatment service from ELEVATIONE Times Stops (1702B Tower 1), SHISEIDO
GINZA TOKYO (1701 Tower 1), Sulwhasoo (501-3 Tower 1) and YM (1702A Tower
1), Polyvision (1703-5 Tower 1), pop up store, Bazaar, value-adding services,
purchase of tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards, membership fee
payment, bank charges, medical charges, insurance and investment fee payment,
telecommunication services, Apple electronic items and accessories, bill payment,
car parking fee, car wash services, wedding banquets or private/corporate functions
at restaurant outlet and deposits on merchandise and meals. For instalment
transactions, only the on-day first month’s instalment payment amount will be
accepted for participating in the Promotion. The remaining instalment amount
cannot be used to participate in any other promotions. Photocopied, handwritten
and duplicated sales invoices, receipts or sales slips will not be accepted.
12. All original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be stamped by
staff members at the redemption counter after redemption. Cardholders cannot
request for refund from merchants with the stamped sales invoices. Balance of the
transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement cannot be
used in other promotions.
13. The first 6 and last 4 digits of UnionPay Card card number and information on
cardholders' machine-printed merchant sales invoices and sales slips will be
collected for internal audit upon redemption. The information collected will be
destroyed 2 months after the Promotion.
14. Shopping Coupon cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, redeemed
for cash nor other gifts and no change will be provided under any conditions once
they are issued. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to the “UnionPay
International”) and Times Square reserve the right to retrieve or cancel the
transferred Shopping Coupon.
15. Customers should refer to the Shopping Coupon for its terms and conditions.
Shopping Coupon will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
16. In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and Times Square reserve the
right to disqualify the cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action.
For any disqualified redemption/cardholder, UnionPay International and Times
Square reserve the right to retrieve the Shopping Coupon.
17. Any cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unposted transactions are not counted as eligible
transaction, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit
Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) reserves the right to debit the relevant
Credit Card / Smart Account / Payment account with the amount equivalent to the
value of the Offer without prior notice to the customer.

Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
BOCHK BoC Pay FPS QR Code Bill Payment Rewards (the “Bill Payment FPS Rewards”): 1. The Bill Payment FPS Rewards commences from 1 May 2020 to 31 December 2020
(both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. New-to-bill Customers (who have never paid the mentioned bill(s) under clause 2a to 2e through BoC Pay since November 2019) who use BoC Pay to scan the FPS bill payment QR code of below bills and use Smart Account and/or Payment Account to complete the bill payment through FPS during the Bill Payment FPS Rewards Promotion Period (the “Eligible Customer”) are eligible for the rewards.
Eligible Customer entitles HK$20 rewards for the first successful bill payment, upon subsequent paying the following bills during Promotion Period up to 5-9 times can get HK$30 rewards; and for paying bills up to 10 times or above during the Promotion Period, can get extra HK$50 rewards (the “Rewards”):
a. Water Supplies Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Water”), OR;
b. Rating and Valuation Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Rates and Government Rent”), OR;
c. Inland Revenue Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Tax”), OR;
d. The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (“Towngas”) , OR;
e. CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (“CLP”).
3. The first successful bill payment refers to a customer (who has never paid any of the mentioned bill(s) under clause 2a to 2e through BoC Pay since November 2019) use BoC Pay to scan any one of the above FPS bill payment QR code that stated under clauses 2a to 2e and use Smart Account and/or Payment Account to complete the bill payment for the first time.
4. Each Eligible Customer can enjoy the Rewards once during whole Promotion Period and the maximum reward is up to HK$100. (Up to HK$100 reward = First successful bill payment HK$20 reward + pay bill for 5-9 times reward HK$30 + pay bill for 10 times or above get extra reward HK$50).
5. Each Eligible Customer can only count the number of transactions once per month for each type of bill.
6. Eligible Customer who complete the bill payment first within single month can be counted as one transaction. During the Promotion Period, if more than one Eligible customer scans the same bill with BOC Pay and completes the payment with smart account and / or payment account through FPS, only the Eligible Customer who completes the payment first can be counted as one transaction. The completed payment amount on each bill should be equal or larger than HK$20.
7. Each Eligible Customer (identified by the number of Identity documents) can only enjoy the first successful bill payment offer of each bill once. If Eligible Customer delete and reopen a new account or upgrade account after receiving the HK$20 rewards, the reward level will continue the previous account status, and will not be recalculated as first time payment.
8. The Rewards will be credited to the relevant account according to the accumulated transaction times of Eligible Customer during the Promotion Period, upon verification of the respective binding / registration record by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the “Card Company”). If the accumulated transaction time(s) is 1-4, customer can get a HK$20 reward; if the accumulated transaction times reach 5-9, you can get an additional HK$30 reward;
Accumulated transactions of 10 or more times will receive an extra HK$50 reward. The rewards will be in form of cash, and will be credited to Smart Account and/or Payment Account.
9. The Rewards mentioned above will be credited into the Smart Account or Payment Account according to the transaction date(s) of the accumulated number(s) of payment as follows.
I. If Eligible Customer completes the transaction(s) on or before 31 July 2020, the reward will be deposited on or before 30 September 2020;
II. If the customer completes the transaction(s) on or before 30 September 2020, the reward will be deposited on or before 30 November 2020;
III. If the customer completes the transaction(s) on or before 31 December 2020, the reward will be deposited on or before 28 February 2021.
10. Only Eligible customers whose BoC Pay and Smart Account and/or Payment Account are binding with BoC Pay, valid and in good standing, throughout the Bill Payment FPS Rewards Promotion Period and at the time when Rewards is awarded will be eligible for the Rewards. In the event of termination of a Smart Account and/or Payment Account, violation of User Agreement during the Bill Payment FPS Rewards Promotion Period or at the time the Rewards is being awarded, the Rewards will not be credited to the designated account; and will be cancelled automatically forthwith.
11. The Rewards cannot be exchanged for other gifts, and is also non-refundable and not for sale.
12. BoC Pay, Smart Account and Payment Account are owned by BOCHK. Card Company is one of the organizers of the Bill Payment FPS Rewards. BOCHK will be responsible for the arrangements and operations to credit the Bill Payment FPS Rewards to Smart Accounts and/or Payment Accounts.
13. All Eligible Bill Payment conducted by the same Eligible Customer under different Smart Accounts and / or Payment Account will be combined for the purpose of calculating the maximum amount of rewards available to the same customer.
14. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as eligible transaction and will not be qualified for the Rewards. Only Eligible Bill Payments determined by BOCHK are eligible for the Rewards Promotion.
‘BoC Pay Cross-border Remittance’ Service Fee Promotion
1. Service Fee is waived on ‘BoC Pay Cross-border Remittance’ from 1 July 2020 to 31 August 2020 (both dates inclusive) (the ‘Service Fee Promotion’).
2. Service Fee is waived to customers who make Cross-border Remittance to the beneficiary (a person who must hold People's Republic of China resident identity card) on Smart Account through BoC Pay (the “Eligible Customers”).
3. Eligible Customers who successfully make Cross-border Remittance to the beneficiary (a person who must hold People's Republic of China resident identity card) on Smart Account through BoC Pay during the promotion period, each transaction of not less than HK$2,000 equivalent (the “Eligible Transaction”), will be waived the Service Fee.
4. Each Eligible Customer has no limit on the Service Fee Promotion per day, whereas Eligible Transaction amount is subject to the daily transaction limit of the Smart Account, which is adjustable with a maximum of HK$10,000.
5. The transaction above does not include Cross-border Remittance made to merchants. 6. Once the remittance application is submitted, the application cannot be cancelled,
amended or reversed. Unless the remittance has not been proceeded, Bank of China
(Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) will refund the remit amount to the main bank account of the Smart Account (Hong Kong Dollar Current Account or Hong Kong Dollar Saving Account), without further notice.
7. Service Fee is not applicable only to Eligible Customers whose Smart Accounts are binding with BoC Pay, valid and in good standing throughout the Service Fee Promotion period.
8. All charges imposed by the BOCHK's correspondents, intermediary institutions, cooperating institutions, clearing institutions and/or the beneficiary institutions (collectively the “Correspondent Institutions”) are for the account of the beneficiary and deducted from the proceeds of the remittance unless specified otherwise. Where the Remitter has requested to pay such charges by itself, BOCHK will communicate such request to the Correspondent Institutions directly or indirectly but whether the beneficiary can receive the full amount of remittance will depend on the practice adopted by the Correspondent Institutions, which is beyond BOCHK 's control. BOCHK is entitled to collect the related charges of Correspondent Institutions and agents, plus extra handling charge of BOCHK from the Remitter. The currency exchange rate of this remittance service is provided by UnionPay International Co. Ltd., BOCHK does not have any liability on currency exchange issue.
Mira Dining Offers
1. "Mira Dining Offers" (the “Promotion”) runs from 11 May to 31 August 2020 (both dates
inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion applicable to BoC Pay or UnionPay App, refers to QR Code payments
made with the BoC Pay mobile app or UnionPay App. Customers must successfully
bind the BoC Pay mobile app with BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and/or Smart
Account and/or Payment Account, or successfully bind the eligible BOC Dual
Currency Credit Card to UnionPay App (the "UnionPay QR code").
3. The Promotion is applicable to restaurants under Mira Dining (the "Merchants").
Participating restaurants include: The Mira Cuisine Cuisine, COCO, Room One-
Sports Bar, Vibes, WHISK, The ifc Cuisine Cuisine, all Tsui Hang Village outlets,
Assaggio Trattoria Italiana and The French Window.
4. During the promotion period, customers who settle payment with Eligible Credit
Card, Mobile Payment or BoC Pay at the Merchants can enjoy the following offers
(the “Offers”):
i. Offer 1: Customer can enjoy 22% off on a la carte food and beverage at The
Mira Cuisine Cuisine, COCO, Room One-Sports Bar, Vibes, WHISK and
Yamm with Union Pay QR code for full-day (the “22% Off Offer”).
ii. Offer 2: Customer can enjoy 10% off on Dim Sum (applicable to THE ifc
Cuisine Cuisine, all Tsui Hang Village outlets), a la carte food and beverage
(except bottle alcohol) at The ifc Cuisine Cuisine, all Tsui Hang Village outlets,
Assaggio Trattoria Italiana and The French Window with Union Pay QR code
for Lunch (the “10% Off Offer”).
iii. Offer 3: Customer can get an instant discount of HK$100 upon any single net
spending of HK$800 or above (based on the amount after calculating the
above discount of Offer 1 or Offer 2 and 10% service charge) (the “Eligible
Transaction”) at the Merchant by Union Pay QR code (the “HK$100 Instant
Discount Offer”).
5. 22% Off Offer is not applicable on 21, 25 June and 1 July 2020. Please check with
the merchant for details.
6. Offers are not applicable on firework display nights, wine dinner, chef promotions,
guest chef, designated dishes, banquet, wedding, conference, private function,
VIP room, take-away menus, tobacco, cigarettes, coupons, VIP/member reward
schemes, sales or any other promotional offers. Please check with the merchant
for details.
7. Each customer can only enjoy the HK$100 Instant Discount Offer once per day.
8. HK$100 Instant Discount is subject to a quota limitation, applicable to first 10,000
Eligible Transactions in any calendar month during the Promotion Period and on a
first-come-first-served basis. The quota is calculated based on the computer
record of the BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the “Card Company”) and
the Merchant
9. The HK$100 Instant Discount Offer will be deducted immediately when Eligible
Transactions are made, and no accumulation or redemption will be provided.
10. Customers are required to present the merchant’s staff with UnionPay QR code,
and pay with an Eligible Credit Card or UnionPay QR code to enjoy the 22% Off
Offer or 10% Off Offer and/or HK$100 Instant Discount Offer.
11. Offers are apply to single net transaction on one sales slip, each table can only
enjoy the HK$100 Instant Discount Offer once only. Split sales are not eligible for
this promotion.
12. Upon closure of the restaurants, the relevant offers shall cease immediately.
13. Offers is subject to 10% charge and tea (if applicable), and is based on the original
price.
14. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, Mira Plus
card and also Tsui Hang Plus card.
15. Any cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unposted transactions are not counted as
eligible transactions. In the event of cancellation of the transactions that are used
for the offer eligibility, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or
the Company reserve the right to debit the relevant Credit Card / Smart Account /
Payment account with the amount equivalent to the value of the instant discount
without prior notice.

1. The Promotion runs from 21 April to 20 October 2020 (both dates inclusive, based

2. Customers who successfully make a single net amount of HK$6 or above at

Terms and Conditions of Gift Point Rewards Program (“the Program”):
1. The Program includes, but is not limited to, Offset Spending with Gift Points,
“Merchant eVoucher” Gift Points Redemption Program (the “Gift”). Unless otherwise
specified, the Program is applicable to BOC Credit Cards that are issued in Hong
Kong bearing the logo (“Eligible Credit Card”), Smart Account and Payment
Account (the “Eligible Banking Account”), but excludes BOC Credit Cards issued in
the mainland and Macau, BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card, BOC Hong Kong
Airlines Visa Card, BOC Great Wall International Credit Card, USD card, BOC
Purchasing Card, Private Label Card and participants of the Automated Cash
Rebate Redemption.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Gift Points earned through the Eligible Credit Card
and/or Eligible Banking Account (the “Gift Point of Eligible Account”) under the name
of same Main Cardholder or banking account can be pooled together for Gift
Redemption.
3. Unless otherwise specified, Gift Points will be deducted from the selected account
of the Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Banking Account for redemption purposes.
Where the Gift Points required for redemption are insufficient, the system shall
deduct the remaining requested Gift Points from the Customer’s other Eligible Credit
Card or Eligible Banking Account automatically, calculated based on the most recent
expiry date of the Gift Points. The status of the relevant account must be normal,
valid and in good standing at the time of redemption. Bank of China (Hong Kong)
Limited (the “BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd ("The Company")
reserve the right to cease Gift Redemption if the relevant account is blocked or
terminated (whether or not as a result of a discretion exercised by BOCHK or the
Company).
4. Unless otherwise specified, the available Gift Point(s) balance of an Eligible Credit
Card is subject to the record shown on the latest monthly statement. The Gift
Point(s) balance of an Eligible Banking Account can be checked through BoC Pay
Mobile App.
5. Gift Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferrable.
6. All accepted redemptions cannot be cancelled or changed. The redeemed Gift
cannot be changed or refunded. The redeemed Gift Points cannot be returned.
7. Gift Point(s) of a cancelled/expired Eligible Credit Card and/or a cancelled Eligible
Banking Account will be cleared automatically and will not be accepted for any Gift
Redemption.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the Eligible Credit Card under the same customer name
may be entitled to the enhanced discount rates based on the years of cardholding
for Gift Redemption (the “Year of Cardholding Offer”), in which the Credit Card is still
valid and in good standing, and calculated based on the longest held BOC Credit
Card. The Year of Cardholding Offer for a Commercial Card will be calculated based
on the card issued date of each individual Cardholder’s account and not on the
company account open date. A Customer who holds both an Eligible Credit Card
and an Eligible Banking Account, is entitled to the Year of Cardholding Offer based
on the longest held BOC Credit Card. A Customer who does not hold any Eligible
Credit Card will not be entitled to the Year of Cardholding Offer.
9. The Year of Cardholding Offer is applicable to the “Merchant eVoucher” Gift Point
Redemption Program, and any other programs specified by the Company from time
to time. The Year of Cardholding Offer is not applicable to BOC Henderson Club
Visa Card.

Cardholder is entitled to earn 1 Gift Point of Credit Card for every HK$1 spent or for
every RMB¥1 spent with BOC Dual Currency Credit Card (charges of annual fee,
any handling fee, cash advance, balance transfer and cash installment plan are not
entitled to Gift Point). The program does not apply to any transaction / merchant
category as the Company may at its sole discretion determine from time to time.
The Program does not apply to the BOC Dual Currency Card spending in the
mainland for the purpose of property, motor vehicle, fuel, air ticket, hospital and the
settlement of school fees, as well as purchases in wholesale and supermarkets.
The Company reserves the right to change the above mentioned categories and
merchants from time to time at its sole discretion. Eligible transactions, whether
posted or not and subsequently partly or fully cancelled, refunded or reversed
(including tax refund on purchases) will not be eligible for Gift Points. #The Gift Point is not applicable to bill payment made to payees such as the “Inland
Revenue Department”, “Banking and Credit Card Services”, “Securities Broker”,
“Credit Services” and under the bill type of “Policy Loan Repayment”. For bill
payments made to other merchant categories via Online Bill Payment, "JET
Payment", Octopus Automatic Add Value Service transactions, person to person
(P2P) fund transfer via mobile device/app/electronic platform as well as retail
transactions under Supermarket, Convenience Store, Grocery Stores,
Miscellaneous Food Stores and Government Department categories, each main
card and additional card of Eligible Credit Card under the name of same main
cardholder is entitled to an aggregate maximum of 10,000 Gift Points per statement
cycle. Merchant categories are defined by Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay or
the Company at sole discretion and may subject to change from time to time.
11. Eligible Credit Cardholder of BOC Dual Currency Credit Card can enjoy the offer
using the account denominated in Hong Kong dollars.
12. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum retention period for Gift Points is as
follows: 3 years for BOC Visa Infinite Card and BOC UnionPay Dual Currency
Diamond Card; 2 years for BOC World MasterCard, BOC Visa Signature Card and
BOC Platinum Card; 1 year for other cards. Gift Points earned by each Commercial
Card cannot be pooled for Gift Redemption. All Gift Points earned by the Main and
Additional Cardholders can be pooled together for Gift Redemption and can be
redeemed by Cardholders. Gift Points from various Eligible Credit Cards under the
same Main Cardholder can be pooled together for Gift Redemption (excludes BOC
Henderson Club Visa Card, BOC CEA Dual Currency Credit Card and BOC Hong
Kong Airlines Visa Card). The Program is only applicable to the Main Cardholder.
The Company reserves the right to reject any redemption request and/or to cancel
all awarded Gift Points if a Cardholder breaches the provision of the Card User
Agreement, cancels the card or defaults in card payment.
13. Unless otherwise specified, the earned Gift Point(s) will be reflected within 3 days
after the transaction is posted; whereas the Gift Point(s) earned with Eligible Credit
Card within the last statement cycle before Gift Points expiry, will only be reflected in
the next Gift Points validity period. For example, if the expiry date of Credit Card Gift
Points is 31 December 2019, the Gift Point(s) posted during 1 - 31 December 2019
will expire on 31 December 2020 (assuming the validity period for Gift Points of such
Credit Card is 1 year).
14. Subject to the requirements stated thereinafter, the customer of an Eligible Banking
Account who successfully conducts any one of the eligible transactions set out below
through BoC Pay QR Payment bound with an Eligible Banking Account will be
entitled to participate in the Program:
(i) Retail purchase
(ii) Bill payment
A banking account customer is entitled to earn 1 Gift Point of Banking Account
for every HK$1 spent with BoC Pay. Eligible transactions, whether posted or
not, which are subsequently partly or fully cancelled, refunded or reversed will
not be eligible for Gift Points.
15. Eligible Transaction refers to a transaction that is settled by BoC Pay QR payment
in Hong Kong dollars. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum retention period for
each Reward Gift Point for the Eligible Banking Account is up to 1 year. Each
customer of an Eligible Banking Account is entitled to an aggregate maximum of
10,000 Gift Points per statement cycle. BOCHK reserves the right to change the
above mentioned categories and merchants from time to time at its sole discretion.
16. If a customer who holds an Eligible Banking Account is upgraded from Payment
Account to Smart Account, the original points will be retained and transferred to the
newly opened Smart Account accordingly.
17. Enquiries on Gift Points that are earned from an Eligible Banking Account can be
made via, but not limited to, BoC Pay or BOCHK Mobile Banking. The Gift Points
earned on each exchange may not be reflected instantly. Actual transaction record
of Gift Points and the latest points balance are subject to BOCHK record.
18. BOCHK and the Company reserve the right to change or amend the point exchange
rate and/or the minimum points required each time.
19. Any fraudulent use or abuse of the Program or the redemption process may result in
forfeiture of the accrued Gift Point(s) as well as the cancellation of the relevant Gift
Point Accounts. The Company further reserves the right to take such legal actions
as may be appropriate in such instances.
20. BOCHK and the Company accept no liability for the quality of or any matter relating
to the Gift or services provided by the participating suppliers/merchants. The relevant
participating suppliers/merchants are solely responsible for the obligations and
liabilities relating to the Gift or services. BOCHK and the Company reserve the right
to change, suspend or terminate the Program or to amend the terms and conditions
of this Program at theirsole discretion. All matters and disputes are subject to the
final decision of the Company and the merchants/suppliers.
21. No person other than the customer, BOCHK and the Company will have any rights
under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the
benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. Should there be any
discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these
Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of “Merchant eVoucher” Gift Points Redemption Program:
22. The “Merchant eVoucher” Gift Points Redemption Program via BoC Pay is applicable
to Customers who hold an Eligible Credit Card (excluding co-brand cards which may
be announced by the Company from time to time, including but not limited to BOC
Henderson Club Visa Card) and/or Eligible Banking Account.
23. The Customer is required to bind BoC Pay with a BOC Dual Currency Card or Eligible
Banking Account before participating in the “Merchant eVoucher” Gift Points
Redemption Program. Usage of BoC Pay is subject to its Terms and Conditions.

24. A Customer can only redeem Merchant eVouchers (“eVouchers”) via BoC Pay. While
participating in this Program, the Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Banking Account
selected by the Customer will be treated as the master account; Gift Points will be
deducted from the master account first. Where the Gift Points in the master account
are insufficient, the system will automatically deduct the remaining Gift Points from
the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card and/or Eligible Banking Account, whichever
account has Gift Points that will expire sooner.
25. Transactions using Gift Points to redeem eVoucher cannot be altered, returned or
cancelled once confirmed. The Gift Points of an Eligible Account used for redemption
will not be returned. Relevant redemption transactions will be shown on BoC Pay.
eVouchers redeemed will be stored on the Customer’s BoC Pay after the relevant
transactions. The Customer must keep and handle eVouchers with care. eVouchers
redeemed cannot be changed, refunded or transferred. BOCHK and/or the Company
will not reissue or change eVouchers, and will not accept any responsibility if the loss
of eVouchers is not caused by the BoC Pay mobile application system.
26. There is limited stock of each type of eVoucher. Redemption will be served on a first-
come-first-served basis and while stocks last. Individual eVouchers will be bounded
by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant. Please refer to the detail
pages of the relevant eVouchers.
“Monday’s Surprise: 20% off on Gift Points to Offset Spending” Terms and
Conditions:
1. The Promotion Period of “Monday’s Surprise: 20% off on Gift Points to Offset
Spending” (the "Promotion") is from January 1 to December 31, 2020 (both dates
inclusive and based on transaction dates) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion
Offer is only applicable on Mondays during the Promotion Period, including Jan 6,
13, 20, 27; Feb 3, 10, 17, 24; March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; April 6, 13, 20, 27; May 4, 11,
18, 25; June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; July 6, 13, 20, 27; Aug 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; Sept 7, 14,
21, 28; Oct 5, 12, 19, 26; Nov 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Dec 7, 14, 21 and 28. (52 days in
total).
2. The Promotion via BoC Pay Mobile App ( “BoC Pay”) is only applicable to BOC
Credit Cards that are issued in Hong Kong bearing the BOC logo (“Eligible Credit
Card”), Smart Account and Payment Account (the “Eligible Banking Account”), but
excludes BOC Credit Cards issued in the mainland and Macau, BOC CEA Dual
Currency Credit Card, BOC Hong Kong Airlines Visa Card, BOC Great Wall
International Credit Card, USD card, BOC Purchasing Card, Private Label Card and
participants of the Automated Cash Rebate Redemption.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the Gift Points earned through the Eligible Credit Card
and/or Eligible Banking Account (the “Gift Point of Eligible Account”) under the name
of the same main cardholder or banking account can be pooled together.
4. The Customer is required to use BoC Pay to settle the payment at BoC Pay
merchants with a rate of 200 Gift Points to offset HK$1 of Eligible Transaction
Amount (Standard Conversion Rate: 250 Gift Points to offset HK$1 of Eligible
Transaction Amount) on Mondays during the Promotion Period. The Customer is
required to bind BoC Pay with a BOC Dual Currency Card or Eligible Banking
Account to participate in the promotion. Usage of BoC Pay and “Offset Spending
with Gift Points” are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions. Please call

conditions on BoC Pay if there are any enquiries.
5. “Eligible Transaction” refers to a transaction that is settled by BoC Pay QR payment
in Hong Kong dollars. The BOC Dual Currency Card or Eligible Banking Account
selected by the Customer will be treated as the master account; Gift Points will be
deducted from the master account first. Where the Gift Points in the master account
are insufficient, the system will automatically deduct the remaining Gift Points from
the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card and/or Eligible Banking Account, whichever
account has Gift Points that will expire sooner. Gift Point(s) of a cancelled/expired
Eligible Credit Card and/or a cancelled Eligible Banking Account will be cleared
automatically and will not be accepted for the usage of “Offset Spending with Gift
Points”.
6. The Customer has to meet the minimum amount requirement (HK$1) per
redemption. The Customer may redeem up to the transaction amount in full with Gift
Points (transaction amount must be in a whole number, e.g. if the transaction
amount is HK$100.5, the Customer can offset a maximum of HK$100 with 20,000
Gift Points and the residual amount must be settled via BoC Pay) or available Gift
Points (whichever is lower). The amount offset by this promotion will be posted into
the master account that has been chosen by the Customer within 3 working days
after the transaction. For BOC Dual Currency Card, records of eligible transaction
and that of the “Offset Spending with Gift Points” may differ, and may be shown on
different monthly statements, due to different cut-off dates of the credit card. The
Year of Cardholding Offer is not applicable to the promotion.
7. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the “BOCHK”) and BOC Credit Card
(International) Ltd ("The Company") reserve the right to change or amend the point
exchange rate and/or the minimum points required each time.
8. This Promotion cannot be cancelled once used. If a Customer returns or cancels
the Eligible Transaction, Gift Points used for offset will not be returned. The offset
amount will be credited to the customer’s master account. For BOC Dual Currency
Card, returned credit amount can be used to settle the outstanding retail spending
by the credit card. For Eligible Banking Account, returned credit amount can be used
to settle the outstanding retail spending and bill payment. The returned credit
amount cannot be transferred, returned or exchanged for cash. The status of
relevant account must be normal, valid and/or in good standing at the time of
redemption. BOCHK and/or the Company reserve the right to cease the “Offset
Spending with Gift Points” for the relevant account, which is blocked or terminated
(whether or not resulting from a discretion exercised by BOCHK or the Company).
Should the redemption amount be cancelled, BOCHK or the Company shall not be
liable to any Customers for any losses caused.
9. BOCHK and the Company reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the
Promotion or to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion at its sole
discretion. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of BOCHK and
the Company.
10. No person other than the Customers, BOCHK and the Company will have any right
under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the
benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
11. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistence between the English and the
Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of HK$20 Referral Reward (the “Referral Reward”)
1. The promotion period is valid from 28 October 2019 to 29 August, 2020, inclusive
of both dates (the “Promotional Period”).
2. Referrer must hold a valid and registered BoC Pay account at the time of making
the referral and rewards fulfilment (the “Eligible Referrer”).
3. To be eligible for the Referral Rewards, the Eligible Referrer must share his/her
BoC Pay’s Invitation Code with a customer (the “Referee”), and the Referee input
the Eligible Referrer’s Invitation Code in his/her BoC Pay account successfully
during the Promotion Period. The Referee must be a new customer to download
BoC Pay and bind it with a BOC Dual Currency Credit Card bearing the BOC logo
issued in Hong Kong (the “Eligible Credit Cards”) and/or Smart Account and/or
register the Payment Account, subject to the fulfilment of the Welcome Rewards
Promotion requirements stated above. If all conditions are met, the Eligible
Referrer can enjoy the HK$20 reward. The successful binding time of the Referee
must be after the successful binding time of the Eligible Referrer, otherwise the
Eligible Referrer cannot enjoy the Referral Rewards. Each Eligible Referrer can
enjoy a maximum of 1,000 Referral Rewards, while stocks last. The transaction
record is based on the record of the Card Company’s system.
4. The Referral Rewards will be credited to the Eligible Referrer 's relevant account
according to the following arrangements upon verification of the respective
binding/registration record by the BOCHK and/or the Card Company:
I. If the Eligible Referrer has bound BoC Pay with an Eligible Credit Card
and a Smart Account or Payment Account, the Referral Rewards will be
credited to his/her Default Payment Method of BoC Pay.
II. If the Default Payment Method of BoC Pay is set to be an Eligible Credit
Card at the time of crediting the Referral Rewards, the Referral Rewards
will be in the form of credit card cash rebate, and will be credited to the
respective main card account within 9 working days upon the successful
binding made by Referee, and will be posted in the respective monthly
statement.
III. If the Default Payment Method of BoC Pay is set to be a Smart
Account/Payment Account at the time of crediting the Referral Rewards,
the Referral Rewards will be in the form of cash, and will be credited to
respective account within 9 working days upon the successful binding
made by Referee. If the rewards could not be credited to the respective
account due to account condition, the rewards will be credited to the
master account of the Smart Account (HKD current account or HKD
saving account) without any prior notice.
5. A Referee can only be referred once.
6. Only customers whose Eligible Credit Card accounts and/or Smart Account and/or
Payment Account are bound with BoC Pay, valid and in good standing, throughout
the Referral Rewards Promotion Period and at the time when the Reward is
awarded, will be eligible for the Rewards. In the event of termination of an Eligible
Credit Card’s master account, violation of Card User Agreement, overdue payment
or bad record, or forfeiture of the Rewards during the Referral Rewards Promotion
Period or at the time the Reward is being awarded, the Reward will not be credited
to the credit card account and will be cancelled automatically forthwith.
7. Self-referral is not accepted.
8. The Referrer's entitlement to the Program offer will be subject to the confirmation
of BOCHK and the Card Company.
