VII. The User shall not upload or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other

material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as limitation, copyright or

trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or has received

all necessary consent to do the same.

VIII. The User shall not upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or

any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.

IX. The User shall not download any file posted that, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or

distributed in such manner.

X. The User shall not falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other

proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a

file that is uploaded.

XI. The User shall not access or attempt to access any other user's account or create a false identity for the purpose of

misleading others.

XII. The User shall not in any way deface or vandalize this Website, or prevent or restrict others from using this Website.

XIII. The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Infosys from any claims and loss incurred by Infosys as a result of the

User’s violation of these Terms of Use.

XIV. The User shall not download any content from this Website and use it or host it elsewhere in any other forum or

XV. In addition, the User agrees not to (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Website

other than as expressly allowed under these Terms of Use; (b) use Infosys’s name, trademarks, server or other

materials in connection with, or to transmit, any unsolicited communications or emails; (c) use any high-volume,

automated or electronic means to access the Website (including without limitation, robots, spiders, scripts or web-

scraping tools); (d) frame the Website, place pop-up windows over its pages or otherwise affect the display of its

page; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website, or disobey any

requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website.

b. The User may not transfer their rights to access granted to another person unless they have obtained explicit consent

from the Company in writing to do so.

c. The Company does not claim ownership of the Contents the User provides to the Company (including feedback and

suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any section of the Website, (each a "Submission" and collectively

"Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting ("Posting") the Submission, the

any time at its own sole discretion.

e. By Posting a Submission the User hereby warrants and represents that the User owns or otherwise controls all of the

rights required under worldwide law for the submissions made by the User as described in the Terms of Use

including, without limitation, all the rights necessary to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

f. The User may not download, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, or

create derivative works from the information present on the Website. Any unauthorized use of the Website or its

contents shall lead to termination of the access granted by the Company.

Right of Modification

Infosys reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of Use at its sole discretion at any time. Any change or

Online Course

The Website will, from time to time, offer online courses in a specific area of study or on a particular topic (hereinafter

interrupt or reschedule any Online Course or modify its Content, assignment, exam or any other evaluation process.

a. Inspite of the Company’s best endeavors, there is no warranty on behalf of the Company that this Website will be free

b. In no event shall the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect,
