Terrell Scott is held in indefinite detention in a Pennsylvania prison, where he has been interned without trial for 4.5 years. For some reason, every time a trial date becomes available, his prosecutor says Scott is in Norristown Sate Hospital and is mentally unfit for trial (not true).TRANSCRIPT

AND NOW this 19th day of June, 2013 under Section 7402(d) of the Mental Health Procedures Act (50 P.S. 7101,
et seq.) it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that a competency evaluation shall be performed
upon the Defendant unless within five (5) days hereof counsel for the Defendant objects to such evaluation at
which time, and upon the receipt of the objection, the Court will schedule a hearing.
If there is no objection, the Court Administrator of Northampton County shall arrange for a competency
determination of the Defendant and notify the Court, defense counsel, the Commonwealth, and the warden of the
date of such examination. The examination shall be conducted pursuant to the criteria set forth in Section
7402(e) of the Mental Health Procedures Act.
