He has lived and worked in Barcelona and Manila and has executed projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Pakistan. Terry is able to fill challenging leadership positions requiring creative planning, architectural design, and technical and management decision making. In addition to leading design efforts on major projects, Terry was an Associate Principal and the Denver Studio Manager of 4240 Architecture Inc., a 65-person office at its peak. Experience Golden Buff Redevelopment (Pedersen Development Company) – Boulder, Colo. Senior Project Manager for redevelopment of the 1950s-era Golden Buff hotel. Terry is responsible for all project management and senior architect duties. The $80 million redevelopment consists of two new hotels and underground parking. One hotel is a 184-room full-service hotel, and the other is a 177- room select-service hotel. The combined square footage is 230,000. A two- story underground parking garage provides 516 parking spaces. The project creates an urban feeling by pushing the buildings to the property lines and using central courtyards for hotel entries/motor courts and open space. Rick Coldsnow, PE Associate/Senior Project Manager

Mr. Coldsnow is a Senior Project Manager with 35 years of experience in project management and design. His experience encompasses the areas of public works, municipal streets, drainage, and utilities. Rick has provided permitting, planning, and design for a variety of projects and has assisted municipal clients with grant applications and the development and management of capital improvement programs (CIPs). On the project management side, he has led multidisciplined design teams throughout the Rocky Mountain region. His experience includes managing large on-call engineering services contracts for the City of Denver, City of Thornton, Town of Parker, City of Centennial, and National Park Service.

Experience Architectural Projects

Cottonwood Joint Facility (Lake Dillon Fire Protection District/Town of Silverthorne Public Works Department) – Silverthorne, Colo. Civil Engineer for the 5.7-acre site for a joint fire station and public works facility. Rick provided oversight for the site, drainage, and roadway design. SEH provided programming, site design, and architectural services. The site includes a fueling station, RV dump station, material storage yard, secured access, and space for future growth. The public works facility included four double-loading vehicle bays, administrative offices, locker rooms/showers, and a second-story shell addition for future finish. The fire station included three double-loading apparatus bays, administrative offices, a media room, a records room, living quarters with six sleeping rooms, a kitchen and a dining room, laundry facilities, a fitness room, a hose tower, mezzanine storage, and accessory use areas.

Platte Valley Fire Station (Platte Valley Fire Protection District) – Kersey, Colo. Civil Engineer for new 34,000 sq. ft. fire station headquarters located on the northeast corner of Hwy 34 and WC 53. Rick’s involvement included oversight of design for site improvements, including parking grading access drives, a retention pond, and a new in-ground sewage disposal system. The design included seven drive-through apparatus bays, administrative offices, an 80-person community room, mezzanine storage, living quarters for eight career staff, a fitness room, training grounds, and plans for a future Emergency Operations Center (EOC).

Laramie Fire Station No. 3 – City of Laramie, Wyo. Civil Engineer for this 14,900 sq. ft. fire station, including four apparatus bays with accessory use areas, administrative offices, a community room, display areas, and living quarters for up to six career firefighters. Rick was responsible for oversight of civil site design, including site parking and grading, as well as a regional detention pond and street improvements. The station also included an EOC.

Ms. Schubert is a Project Architect with nearly six years of experience in design, implementing contract documents, bidding procedures, and construction administration for new construction and building renovations. Brooke brings experience in the following software: Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. As a leader in sustainable design, Brooke has managed numerous LEED projects in various rating systems, including New Construction, Commercial Interiors, Core-Shell, Neighborhood Development, and Homes.

Experience Green River High School Aquatic Center Design (Sweetwater County School District No. 2) – Green River, Wyo. Project Manager for a new aquatic center / competition pool. Brooke’s duties include coordinating the consultant team and designing and drawing construction documents.

Depot Square Transit Village (Adolfson & Peterson Construction and Regional Transportation District) – Boulder, Colo. Project Architect on for this $45 million project which is a design-build with Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Brooke helped craft construction documents using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordinated the consultant team. She also managed the LEED ND and Homes certification processes. The project is a new mixed-use development, including a bus rapid transit station; a five-level, 400-car parking facility; 71 affordable residences; renovation of a historic train depot; and office and retail uses. The project will be LEED ND (Neighborhood Development) certified.

Hyatt Place Hotel at Depot Square (Pedersen Development Company and Hyatt Hotels Corporation) – Boulder, Colo. Project Architect for Manager for this $20 million, 150-room hotel project, which is part of Boulder’s transit village, Boulder Junction. The hotel is adjacent to the new RTD bus rapid transit center, which SEH is also designing. It features expanded meeting space and a unique urban design based on Hyatt’s standards. This project will be LEED Gold certified and is scheduled to break ground in December 2012. Brooke was responsible for developing construction documents and helping with BIM coordination.

Campus master plan and CommuniCation arts Center

SEH was hired to complete a campus-wide space needs program, building/site assessment, and campus master plan for this two-year community college located in Menasha, Wisconsin. The assessment was used to establish the design criteria for locating the new communication arts center on the existing 40 acre site. SEH completed design and construction services to build the 361-seat performing arts auditorium. LEED Gold Certification (2011)
