Test Anxiety is a physiological condition in which people experience
extreme stress, anxiety, and discomfort before or during a test.
Causes Of Test Anxiety• Poor study habits• Lack Of Preparation• Fear of failure • Past Test Performances • Worrying several days prior to test about your
performance• Setting unrealistic expectations for yourself• Succumbing to the pressures that others exert
on you (parents, siblings, friends, etc.)
Symptoms Of Test Anxiety
• Physical symptoms :- Excessive sweating, nausea, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, Headache, etc.
• Emotional Symptoms :- Crying easily, feeling irritable, or getting frustrated quickly, feelings of anger, fear, helplessness.
• Cognitive Symptoms :- Thinking Negatively , Comparision & Lack Of concentration.
• Lower your stress level. • Eat nutritious food.• Exercise regularly.• Get Enough Sleep• Don't go to the exam with
an empty stomach.
