In 2010 I was diagnosed of a very rare autoimmune disease and my doctor prescribed Prednisone tablet from 80 mg. down to 5 mg. I have used the Niacinamide Cream on myself. I have a bone spur in my neck and arthri�s in my le� knee due to trauma and past surgery. I have bone on bone in my le� knee. I put the cream on the sites in the AM and PM and a�er a few weeks, I suddenly no�ced that my range of mo�on had increased significantly. It was so gradual that I did not no�ce un�l I was backing my car out of Costco and realized that I was turning my neck and not my shoulders to look out for traffic behind me.
