All artwork should be provided as high resolution digital files. Min. Resolution 100 dpi at FINAL size. 200dpi at @50%, 400 dpi @ 25%. We accept CDs, DVDs or upload files via FTP site -FTP server settings: Address: ftp.testrite.com, User name: graphic, Password: customer.

BLEEDS: Please provide a 1/2” bleed on all 4 sides, as well as accurate crop marks for trimming.

STITCHING: Please keep text or logos 2” clear of edges to avoid stitching, Velcro® perimeter is sewn to graphic, allowing it to be attached to frame.

PROOFS: Dye Sub 24” x 24” fabric proofs of your image, are available for $120 ea. plus shipping, please allow an additional 3 days for job completion. Please provide an accurate updated hardcopy proof for each layout provided. For FTP uploads include a PDF proof for each layout.

COLOR: Please provide us with PMS PANTONE color numbers for elements that you would like matched. Pantone specifications allow us to match colors closest. Exact color matches are not always possible. When creating 4 color rich black, we recommend: 60%C, 40%M, 40%Y, 100%K.

LOGOS: Supply all logos and illustrated graphics in VECTOR format when possible. When possible convert fonts to outlines.

FONTS: Includes all fonts used in your layout. Convert fonts to outlines whenever possible.

PHOTOSHOP: All files should be minimum 100 dpi at final size, leave files layered when possible.

ILLUSTRATOR: Please LINK files as opposed to embedding them. Convert type to outlines. Save in Illustrator .ai format.

INDESIGN: After file creation, Package your files which will collect fonts and links. Linked Files must be at least 100 dpi resolution at full size.

An economical way to form leg ends., so one leg nests into another. A spring button can be an option. Swaging features close tolerances and provides great strength. We are not set-up for all diameters yet.

Our policy is to run our business with our earth in our hearts.

Input: Aluminum, steel and corrugated are our major material components.

25% of our Aluminum currently comes from recycled billet, and will increase as more becomes available. Steel recycled content currently averages 58%. Corrugated medium and liner board (boxes) currently average 70% recycled content.

Where: As a U.S. manufacturer, Testrite utilizes local suppliers reducing transportation impact. The carbon footprint of a Toyota Prius built in Asia is greater than a Chevrolet Suburban.

Design: Many of our designs are telescopic, facilitating less packaging and transportation.

Process: 88% of our scrap metals are recycled. 60% of our corrugated waste is converted into usable packaging. We will recycle our brand aluminum products if returned to us by customers.

quality: Testrite products have always been known for extraordinary reliability and therefore have longer lives than our competitors’ products. If our products last longer, the carbon footprint is therefore less. Product life impacts the environment more than any other factor.

Green Policy

Testrite offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of its products when used in the correct manner.

Testrite shall repair or replace parts proved to be defective after receipt of such defective parts from customers.
