Ideal for small stream, light tackle

applications, our smallest reel combines the

unsurpassed quality of our patented drag

system with a light bodied spool and full

frame construction.

Our most popular model, this reel is

versatile enough to handle light 5 wt. or

heavy 6 wt. rods with soft, smooth drag

startup and offers the ultimate in versatility

with an optional regular arbor spool, more

backing capacity and 250 lbs. of maximum

demonstrated drag tensile strength.


With a 20% wider spool than the 5/6 wt, the

Teton Classic 7/8 wt. is an excellent choice

for saltwater and steelhead applications.

The frame and spool bodies are built

around our renowned friction disc drag

system capable of intense stopping power.


Designed with the saltwater and large gamefisherman in mind, the Classic 9/11 features

the same truck-stopping, oversized drag

system as the larger 12-14 wt. Spey reel.

Youll never be on the loosing side of the

drag equation with a Teton reel.

With plenty of storage space for heavy grain

lines, lots of backing and the simplest, most

effective drag system in the industry, the

Teton Classic 12-14 wt. is the ideal spey

reel solution. Precision machines from

6061-T6 aluminum and type III anodized for

the ultimate in saltwater protection.
