Creating Jurisdictional Reports in

the Texas All Hazards Planning

System (TAHPS) June 2020

Log into the Texas All Hazards Planning System (TAHPS). Scroll down and find the “Search Rooms” box.

Type in the box “Reports” and hit the “Enter” key on your key board.

The reports room will appear.

Hit the “Join” key to access the “Reports” room.

In the “Reports by Region” hit the key for the desired region for the

jurisdiction.

In the “Filter Form Entries” box enter the jurisdictions name.

Click on the jurisdiction name.

Click on the Print/Email icon on the right side corner of the page.

Looks like a printer

Preparedness Report should generate.

Click “Save to PDF”.

The PDF will generate at the bottom left of your screen.

Click the PDF image to pull up the “Jurisdictional Report”.

Once the report comes up click on the “Download” key located at the top

right corner in the middle.

The “Save As” screen should pull up. Name your document and click save in the desired location on your

computer.

Your report is now available to the jurisdiction.
