All of you, do you know about project management?I believe that all of you dont know about thisSo, today, Iam here, want to tell you about project managementIn this part of my presentation, I want to tell you about definition of project managementThe definition of project management. project management is a process.If you ask me process of what?The answer there in the next slide. Lets move on to the next slide.What is the process? project management is the process of planning, organizing, leadership, and control of a project. Surely, project related to civil engineeringAll of the processing is done by all members. It means tah all members in a companyto utilize the resources optimally.
