Repayment Schedule

→ 1+10 Years. (Moratorium 1st Year)

→ Principle Amount - Remittance of 10% of the Principle

amount at Every year end commencing from Second year.

→ Interest Amount - Quarterly Remittances W.E.F Date of

Disbursement of the Principle Amount & R.O.I computed

on Diminishing Principle Balance W.E.F Every year End.

→ Collateral Security - Immovable & Movable Assets & Financials ( Project and Group Company ) (Applicable for Secured Loan) → Mode of Remittance - Principle & Interests Amount remittances by Demand Draft only. → Pre-closure Charges - Nil. → Processing Time - 3-4 Weeks of Working Days…

Terms & Conditions.

a) 60 % of the Market Value will be

provided to the Property which is going to be

furnished as Collateral. (Applicable for Secured Loan)

b) The Fund process will be take approximately 3-4 weeks..

Only in Exceptional Circumstances will a request be considered in a Short Period.

C) The Borrower is responsible for Providing Good Security @ all times even the mortgage has been completed. (Applicable for Secured Loan)

d) A recent and realistic value for the Property will be

provided by the lender and should be acceptable by

borrower. (Applicable for Secured Loan)

e)The Disbursement of fund would be only released by

Demand Draft and similarly while the borrower is

also expected to make payment by Demand Draft.

f) The applicant will undertake to inform the Company

as and when there is a change in address.

g) Applicants should be above 18 years of age at the

time of loan Processing of commencement.
