Screencast-O-Matic Directions at School

1. Launch Free Recorder 2. Change Size to Fullscreen and Narration to 3-USB PnP or PnP Sound Device.

3. Put the PowerPoint in the Background of the Screencast software and make sure to click on the Slide Show Tab. Click REC and it will countdown 3, 2, 1 GO! At GO! Click on from Beginning in the Slide Show Tab—Start Slide Show Group and record the PowerPoint.

4. Click the Pause Button after the PowerPoint has finished playing.

5. Click on Save As a Video.

6. Change the File Name to your famous person’s name and PowerPoint (Ex. Nixon PowerPoint). Change the Folder to your Famous Person folder on the P: Drive. Change the Cursor to No Cursor. Click Publish to save into your Famous Person folder.
