With more than 300 participants from 30 countries visiting the parallel presentation streams and anexhibition area with 20+ leading solution and service providers, the previous editions of the EuropeanEXPP Summit can be considered to have been a huge success.
Finding The Netherlands with an accelerating market development the 5th European EXPP Summit willbe held in Amsterdam on September 21 and 22, 2009. It will reward participants with an exclusiveseries of success stories from numerous industries across Europe. Each year, we welcome a growingnumber of high-level participants, such as CFOs, heads of A/R and A/P, Procurement, InvoiceManagement and IT, representing companies already using E-Invoicing or planning to start soon.
The European EXPP Summit offers its participants different opportunities for networking which are notlimited to the conference itself. The roundtables on day two and especially the dinner on the evening ofday one offer various opportunities for networking.

REGISTRATIONRegistration is confirmed in writing by the organisers. The registration feecovers entry to the lectures for the number of days selected, full documenta-tion, entry to the exhibition area, lunch and refreshments. VAT has to beadded. Payment must be received prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONSCancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event will besubject to a service charge of 200 Euro. Where cancellations are receivedlater, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety. Substitutions can beaccepted at any time.
LIABILITYIt may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alterthe content or the timing of the programme. The organiser of the EuropeanEXPP Summit accepts no responsibility for damages incurred as a result ofsuch instances. In the unfortunate case of the event being cancelled theorganiser is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection withtheir attendance.
