The following information is a documentation of observations and findings as a result of a visit to the

construction site. Items and decisions made within this reports are considered a part of the contract

documents.

1. Landscaping work has begun, concrete floor sealing & hardening is underway, hardware

is being installed, as well as plumbing fixtures. Project is wrapping up.

2. The punch list is still planned for October 16th, 2014. However, some Proposal Request are still

outstanding. Capital City Construction plans to have all outstanding pricing information to the

architect early next week.

3. Electrical work has been prioritized to get HVAC up and running. At the last meeting, Bergstrom

Electric indicated that the work required for a HVAC system start-up has been completed. The

electrical contractor plans to pour the light pole foundations next.

4. Electrical underground running to the lift station will need to be lowered. The ower is doing

work on the west side of the building; they plan to uncover the lines and Bergstrom will need to

re-trench to get the lines to an adequate depth.

5. All contractors are reminded that any un-used equipment, supplies, tools and garbage needs to

be removed from the project site.
