A. In the last several years, the floating-type offshore structures showed an overall increase in market share in offshore construction field.
B. Topside of FSRU where is planning are accomplished at module of extra-large size. So, installation and constructions are difficult and not safely which uses land crane and goliath crane.
C. In such cases, it is usually difficult for both part to incorporate any design change or modification required by the client in total project schedule.
D. Considering the foregoing, there is a need to develop a new technique construction methodology to replace conventional construction method.
E. Therefore, hereby we have developed a new technique construction methodology for a heavy modularization Topside of FSRU.

For the achievement of the 2Nos Floating Crane method, The 2Nos Floating Crane lift Operation shall be required for the integration of Hull and Topsides. The 2 F/Crane method consists of 4 major sequence as the below.

Sequence 1 : Block Handling or Transportation of Topsides at the Quay side
Sequence 2 : Spread frame fabrication and connection the crane hook
Sequence 3 : Lifts a topside module with F/Crane
Sequence 4 : Puts down on the FSRU hull

For the achievement of the 2 F/Crane method, The 2 F/Crane lift Operation shall be required for the integration of Hull and Topsides. The 2 F/Crane method consists of 4 major sequence as the below.
Sequence 1 : Side skidding from yard to lifting beam (uses strand jack)
Sequence 2 : Super lifting (lifting height is same with hull deck)
Sequence 3 : Side skidding on the hull deck
Sequence 4 : Puts down on the FSRU hull
