IMPORTANT MESSAGE The Archeparchy has notified us that our Insurance Company requires all Parishes to update their registry of all Key Holders that have access to the Church.
We ask that any Parishioner that has a key to the church to confirm this to the Parish office as soon as possible. For those that no longer have a reason to have a key, it should be returned immediately .
The Key Holders that require a key or are in possession of a key , are asked to provide a Criminal Record Check and /or Vulnerable Abuse Registry to the Par-ish Priest as soon as they have received one.
The following are required to get the Criminal Back-ground/ Abuse Registry check done as soon as possible: Financial Secretary, Treasurer, Custodian, Maintenance, Eucharistic ministers. Any other key holder can provide this information as soon as they have their background check done.
For more information or regarding cost contact Father Ihor or Rose Olynyk (Vice President). Thank you for your co-operation in having this done at your earliest conven-ience. Parish Council.
