Day 1 and 2 ‐ USA to the Holy Land Your pilgrimage begins as you depart the USA on an overnightflight. You will be welcomed at the Tel Aviv airport by ourrepresentative and transferred to your hotel to enjoy dinner beforeretiring for the night.

Day 3 ‐ The GalileeWorship as you sail across the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum, centerof Jesus’ ministry in the Galilee, and visit the synagogue built on thesite where Jesus taught (Matthew 4:13, 23). On the Mount ofBeatitudes, contemplate the “Sermon on the Mount” (Matthew 5).Explore the Church of the Fish and the Loaves at Tabgha, traditionalsite of the feeding of the 5,000 (Luke 9:10). See the Chapel of thePrimacy, where Peter professed his devotion three times to the risenChrist (John 21). In Magdala, once home to Mary Magdalene, visit arecently discovered first‐century synagogue. Recall Jesus’ baptismby John the Baptist at the Jordan River.

Day 4 ‐ Cana, Nazareth, Tel Megiddo & CaesareaVisit the Franciscan Wedding Chapel in Cana, site of Jesus’ firstmiracle, before continuing on to Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home(Matthew 2:23). Look out over Tel Megiddo (Armageddon) to viewone of the most important archaeological sites in Israel. Today’s laststop is Caesarea, a center of the early Christians where an angelvisited Cornelius, the first Gentile believer (Acts 10), and where Paulwas imprisoned for two years before appealing to Caesar.

Day 5 ‐ Jericho, Qumran & Mount of Olives As you stop in Jericho to view the ruins of the city conquered byJoshua (Joshua 6:1, 20), in the distance you can also see thetraditional site of the Temptation of Jesus (Matthew 4:1). Continueto Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947.End your day with a group picture taken from the Mount of Olives,where Jesus ascended into heaven (Acts 1:9).

Day 6 ‐ Jerusalem & Bethlehem In Bethlehem, visit the cave revered as Jesus’ birthplace and seethe Church of the Nativity constructed over the site (Matthew 1:18).Gaze out over Shepherds’ Field before returning to Jerusalem. Prayin the Garden of Gethsemane and envision the scenes of the nightbefore Jesus’ crucifixion (Matthew 26:36). Continue to Mount Zionto visit the House of the High Priest Caiaphas, where Jesus wasquestioned the night of His betrayal (Matthew 26:57). Meditate onthe events of the Last Supper as you visit the traditional location ofthe Upper Room (Mark 14:12).

Day 7 ‐ Jerusalem & the Old City Walk the Cardo, the ancient main street of the Old City. Exploreancient Jerusalem at the Teaching Steps and the Western Wall.View the Pool of Bethesda where Jesus performed the Sabbathmiracle (John 5:1). Sing a hymn in the Church of St. Anne andexperience its rich acoustics. Visit Herod’s Antonia Fortress, whereJesus appeared before Pontius Pilate (Luke 23:1), and follow inChrist’s steps on the Via Dolorosa ("the Way of the Cross"). At theChurch of the Holy Sepulchre, take time to reflect on His sacrificiallove.

Day 8 ‐ Leisure Day (Masada/Dead Sea Option) Today you have free time to explore on your own or you maychoose to visit Masada and the Dead Sea (additional charge).Ascend by cable car to Masada, Herod’s legendary mountaintopfortress which became the last desperate stronghold of the JewishZealots against the Romans. You can still look down on the remainsof the Roman camps and the siege ramp below. End your day witha dip in the salt and mineral‐laden waters of the Dead Sea.

Day 9 ‐ Jerusalem Travel to Ein Karem, birthplace of John the Baptist and where Maryvisited Elisabeth (Luke 1:26). Explore the poignant exhibits of YadVashem, Israel’s Holocaust Memorial. Visit the Garden Tomb for atime of reflection and communion.

Day 10 ‐ Return to the USA or Enjoy an Extension.

Day 10 Return to the Galilee & explore Nazareth. Take the scenic 5 mile hike to Sepphoris. Travel to Kibbutz Lavi for overnight.Day 11 After breakfast, depart Kibbutz Lavi & hike approximately 9 miles to Moshav Arbel. See the Horns of Hittim & Nebi Shweib, a sacred site for the Druze, along the way. Return to Kibbutz Lavi for dinner & overnight.Day 12 Begin your final day of hiking at the summit of Mt. Arbel where you will enjoy the stunning view of the Sea of Galilee & hike approx. 10 miles to Capernaum. Registrations received 105 days-90 days priorto departure will incur a $100 per person fee. Registrations received between 89-75 days prior will incur a$200 per person fee. Registrations received 74 days prior or less will incur an additional fee based on airavailability. Additional fees will be advised upon registration. FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk andtravel on the tour.
