Compelling performance – value pricedThe TH180 is a versatile POS printer for printing receipts, coupons, vouchers and transaction docu-ments at the POS. The print speed is one of the highest in its price range which ensures a fast comple-tion of the checkout. Optimum driver and firmware technology make the best use of the engine print speed of up to 180 mm/s.
Easy to install and operateThe installation of the TH180 is very easy. It takes only a small foot-print. Also the USB or serial plug needs no additional space at the till as the connectors are under the case.
Depending on the environment, the TH180 can be operated hori-zontally or vertically. When using it vertically, the print direction can be rotated by 180 degrees for easy reading. Paper loading works as easy as possible just by drop-in.
Ideal for noisy environments is the integrated buzzer which can signal-ize the completion of the receipt if wanted.
A printer not only for BEETLE /Ex-press and BEETLE /iPOS plusThe integrated power supply of the TH180 makes this printer indepen-dent from power from the system. This makes the TH180 not only to a perfect partner of the BEETLE /Ex-press and BEETLE /iPOS plus. The TH180 can also be used in combina-tion with a PC. No external power supply is required. For connection to the system both RS232 and USB interface are available.
Comprehensive driver supportA full range of drivers from Win-dows 32 bit and 64 bit printer driv-ers to OPOS and JavaPOS drivers support the TH180 in different software environments.
The latest drivers are available at the Wincor Nixdorf website. The graphics capability of the TH180 supports printing of logos and 1D and 2D barcode. QR code can be printed even if the application has no internal QR support by font sub-stitution of the Windows printer driver. Logos can be stored perma-nently in the printer. The print re-solution of 203 x 203 dpi ensures printouts with excellent quality.
Thermal Receipt Printer
Environment friendly and cost savingThe TH180 is friendly to the envi-ronment in many ways. The low power consumption of this ENERGY STAR® qualified printer re-sults also in a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Print media can be saved by using the Paper Saving Feature of the Windows printer driver. Redu-ced line space and even the setting to print output de-signed for 80 mm paper rolls on 58 mm rolls are saving the environ-ment and paper consumption.
