Sorry, please tell me again. Maybe I miss somepoint! So, you can stop your car and didn’tcollide the vehicle in front of you but the anothervehicle that followed you collided the trunk ofyour car, then your car moved forward andcollided with the vehicle in front of you. Right?

เขากบรถคนอน รถไดรบความเสยหายทง 2 คน The insured/third party vehicle suddenly changed the lane

from left to right and collided to other vehicle. Both ofthem were damaged.

ออกมาโดยกระทนหนท าใหเกดการชนขน The insured vehicle moved along the main road but the third

party vehicle has suddenly moved from the sub-road to the mainroad and collided with the insured/third party vehicle.

The third party vehicle ran across the opposite lane and collidedwith the insured vehicle. The insured driver was injured.

This accident was a serious one because there is an injury/dead! It is under both Thai Civil & Commercial code and Criminal code. The police officer may arrest you and put into jail but don’t worry because your motor policy provided a bail bond cover. We can bail you out from the from the jail.
