TGEIS - Characteristics• เป็นระบบปิด สผ. เป็นผูใ้ช้งานหลกั โดยหน่วยงานเจ้าของขอ้มูลเป็นผูจ้ดัเตรียมขอ้มูลให้ สผ. น าเขา้ระบบ

• สผ. เป็นผูบ้ริหารจดัการในการจดัท ารายงานท่ีเกิดจากระบบน้ี• เป็นระบบท่ีมีความยดืหยุน่ คือ สามารถปรบัเปล่ียนได้เมื่อมีการเปล่ียนแปลงความต้องการ หรือมีการเปล่ียนแปลงวิธีการค านวณ เป็นต้น

TGEIS - Characteristicsระบบจะค านวณเฉพาะการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก ซ่ึงจะไม่ค านวณผลการด าเนินงานการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก โดยจะเป็นแหล่งสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลในกระบวนการก าหนดนโยบายและประกอบการตดัสินใจของรฐับาล
