The HOH transitioned to a bi-annual membership model in 2021. Many faithful and supportive members renewed their memberships in 2021. We also saw many new members from the local area as well as visitors to the area who fell in love with the beauty and story of the Opera House. We have stand-up comedy shows, the Black Hills Opry will be coming back in October, Irish dancers in March, and more. The biggest show on our lineup this year, though, is “A Magical Medora Christmas.” This is the Christmas version of the “Medora Musical.” To top it all off, community theatre is back as Homestake Theatre Works. Season tickets are a great way to see all the shows* at the Opera House, whether it’s a community theatre production, concert or comedy show. Purchasing a season ticket saves you money and you get a guaranteed seat at each performance. Trust me, it will be worth it because you won’t want to miss a single show!

Currently, we have a unique process for buying season tickets. If you are interested in buying a season ticket, call our office at 605-584-2067. We are hoping that very soon you will be able to purchase season tickets online!

Season Ticket Pricing:Adult >> $220 (plus fees)

Student/Senior/Military >> $175 (plus fees)

*The season ticket does NOT include “A Magical Medora Christmas”, the children’s theatre or Dakota Players production.

Remember that show, “Whose Line is it Anyway”?

Well, the talented actors from Seraphim Theatrical Entertainment out of Rapid City have created their own rendition of a “Whose Line?” style improv show for all ages. That means everyone from your kids to your grandma can come and have a laugh! And maybe even get on stage with the Scared Scriptless team to help with a game!
