    Synopsis Management and coordination of the ICP is needed atthree levels: global, regional and national.

    ADB as the Regional Coordinating Agency - is charged

    with the overall coordination, implementation andaccountability of the regional program and will be

    assisted by a Regional Advisory Board (RAB)

    National implementing agency is responsible for the

    implementation, overall coordination, accountability,and day to day management of the 2011 ICP Asia Pacific

    at the national level

    Foster country participation, mobilize resources,

    and coordinate the national programs

    Provide mechanisms to ensure countries take

    full ownership of the program

    Ensure countries observe standard data

    collection and processing as set forth by RCA

    the ICP Global Office.

    comprehensive price survey design framework;

    Ensure that data collection is carried out for all

    items based on agreed upon specifications andgeographic coverage (including outlets types)

    2008) SNA requirements and according to

    agreed upon procedures and time schedules

    Submit to ADB the quarterly and annual national

    average prices for regional and global items identified in

    the pricing lists with appropriate documentation

    Submit to the ICP Global Office the annual average

    prices of the global core and regional lists to be used in

    linking the regions and computing global results;

    Submit to ADB and the ICP Global Office, the GDP

    expenditure estimates at the 155 BH with appropriate

    metadata and documentation
