Results
Junior Section Musicians Event Another excellent Competition, although low in numbers it continues to astound me as to the talent of the BB in
Edinburgh. Only 2 entrants this year, they came from the 7th (in the 10 years or so the competition has been in
existence the 7th have always had an entry) and this year for the first time the 55th had an entrant. These two Boys –
Ruairidh McKay (7th) and Theo Jebsen-Moore (55th) didn’t disappoint. Ruairidh was declared the outright winner with
his rendition of “Dance of the Hours” on piano and Theo gave an excellent performance of “Jim Along Josie” on cello.
Many thanks to our neutral adjudicator – Liz McLaren.
In preparation for next year – quiz your parents at Parent Night, find out if their children have a musical flare and
encourage them to come along – if you don’t have an actual instrument to play remember we all have our own
instrument – a singing voice.

steadfast hope in His ongoing care, protection and provision for the work of The Boy’s Brigade.
