The 2019 WMA “Transforming the Future with Montessori” Conference
Information for Prospective Exhibitors
Held at Isthmus Montessori Academy, located at 1802 Pankratz St., Madison , WI
53704, this year there will be an Administrator’s Workshop on Friday, and an all-staff
conference on Saturday. Projected attendance for Friday is 20-30 administrators.
Sponsor opportunities are available for the Friday Administrators Workshop which runs
from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
The Saturday event will be attended by about 150-200 Montessori teachers, educators,
and parents. A keynote presentation by noted Montessorian Molly O’Shaughnessy and
concurrent workshop sessions will address topics of interest to the attendees, and the
conference is scheduled from 8:00 to 4:30. Information on both events can be found

WMA is encouraging schools to highlight their school programs. Schools can have a
table where they can put out information about their school on both days. The cost for a
school to exhibit their information is $100.00.
The Exhibit Area
The event includes exhibit tables. Vendors are invited to participate in order to:
• Showcase services or products face-to-face with Montessori practitioners
• Broaden contacts with school leaders, teacher education programs, and parents
• Increase awareness with individuals and organizations
• Make sales right on the spot
Tables for for-profit exhibitors cost $200 for both days, or $150 for Saturday only. Non-
profit exhibitors may secure a table for $150 (both days) or $100 (Saturday only) - proof of non-profit status must be provided. Wi-fi is provided at no charge. Electricity is
available; exhibitors will need to provide extension cords. Your exhibiting fee includes
lunch and full admission to the conference for two per table.
Vendor registration is on a first-come basis. Space is limited, so early application is
recommended. Each exhibitor will have the use of one 6’ table and two chairs.
Businesses exhibiting at the conference are subject to all applicable state laws
regarding sales and use tax. It is strictly your responsibility to determine your tax status.
Sharing or subleasing of exhibit space is not permitted. No pets or animals shall be
permitted in the exhibit area, with the exception of service animals for persons with
disabilities.
Applying for an Exhibit Space To apply; please fill in the form provided below. Solely
at their discretion, the event organizers reserve the right to determine what vendors may
exhibit. Once an application is accepted, space will be assigned based on the date of
the original receipt of the application.
Payment in full is required with your application and may be made via PayPal or by
check.
You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of your application if you have been
accepted.
Cancellations must be received via email sent to [email protected]
on or before September 20, 2019. No refunds will be made after that date.

Information for Prospective Sponsors
We invite you to participate in the 2019 WMA Annual Conference by becoming a sponsor. Your support helps make this conference possible, while providing high visibility to you.
The following sponsorship opportunities are available:
Friday Administrator’s Workshop Sponsor $200 (limited to three opportunities)
We are accepting sponsors for the Administrator’s Workshop. As a Friday Sponsor, you will be invited to address the entire group of administrators during their regular session for up to five minutes.
Conference Major Sponsor $250 (limited to three opportunities)
Recognition on the front of the Conference Program and on conference signage; logo and link on conference website; acknowledgement at start and end of the day.
Conference Bag Sponsors (limited to three opportunities) $150 Your logo will be prominently displayed on the tote bag given to every conference participant. Great exposure at the conference, and long after! Keynote Sponsor $150 Recognition from the podium prior to keynote address; recognition in Conference Program and link on website.
