Welcome! Thanks to all of you for participating today and making
our 40th annual HCSC - J. Michael Lee Memorial Golf Outing another great success!
2020 has certainly been a challenging year for all of us; but HCSC’s continued prosperity is a clear result of the
commitment of our employees, the dedication of our Boards of Directors, and the support of our healthcare
customers and suppliers. Looking ahead, we remain commit-ted to providing our customers with programs and services that provide quality and value, building on our strengths and helping them grown and prosper in this ever-evolving healthcare environment.
Everyone at HCSC takes great delight in presenting this annual tournament to all of you. But without the ongoing support of our many sponsors, and the continued interest of our many HCSC participants, this popular event would not be possible.
Once again, our sincerest thanks to all of you for sharing this memorable day with us, and for your ongoing support of HCSC and our Education Fund. I hope you had a great game, and we look forward to seeing you again on September 20, 2021!
Sincerely,
Peter J. Castagna, Jr. President and CEOHospital Central Services, Inc. & Affiliates

A St. Louis native, J. Michael Lee was a graduate of the University of Missouri, Southern Illinois University, and received his doctorate in Business Administration from American/Nova Southeastern University. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and served in multiple healthcare administrative positions prior to moving to the Lehigh Valley.
In 1980, Mike was appointed President & CEO of Hospital Central Services (HCSC) in Allentown, serving in that role until his retire-ment in 2013. Throughout his career, he served on a variety of civic and community boards and committees including the American Red Cross, Children’s Home of Easton, the March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Lehigh Valley Child Care, Brookside Country Club, South Whitehall Twp. Zoning Board, Northampton Community College Advisory Council, Allentown Chamber of Commerce, South Parkland Youth Association, and Lions Club International. He was a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a member of the American Association of Blood Banks, National Association of Healthcare Executives, American Marketing Association, Academy of Management, and the Nursing Leadership Council of the University of Missouri.
Mike’s commitment to his family, his community, and our organization will never be forgotten, and we are proud to honor his memory through the recognition of our annual event as the J. Michael Lee Memorial Golf Outing.
