Here's a challenge for you.
Action!
First things, first! Take a damn(!) notebook.Got it? Ok, so let's move on. You will write every experience you will have during these 7 days in order to be aware of how
you behave and how your thoughts pop up into your head.
It's not an easy thing to do. Be prepared....
Ready?
Dis-Comfort ZoneIt is normal to feel anxiety, nervous, angry or disappointment.
Feeling discomort is a normal situation in life that everyone has todeal with. The first think you have to do is to accept that fact and
stop feeling bad for feeling bad. When you are in these situations justremember other experiences you had the same feeling, when you
thought that everything is going down and nothing good is not gonnahappen.
Remember how bad you felt back then and how small that situationslooks now.
Try to visualize your future self thinking about this moment you arefeeling bad now and feel your future self laughing about it.

ControlNegativity
You have negative thoughts. Ok, we all have.But, how sure you are that thosethoughts are even true? How close you think you are to the reality? Do you
actually know everything?We humans tent to make assumptions about everything, even when we don't
know anything. We make up scenarios and we believe them so hard. Our brainscannot tell the difference between imagination and fantasy, so we create
stories in our head and we believe this is the truth. However, how sure we are?Can you recall a situation that you thought something, but it was something
else eventually?

Zoom Out
Every time you feel that negative thoughts are hitting you again. Tryto zoom out of the situation and see the big picture. Stop the dramafor a second and see how small you are in this universe and how
even smaller your troubles are. Yes, I know they seem big now, but areyou solving anything while you're thinking negative? Zoom out, relaxand face it as an outsider. Think of this: What's the worst thing thatwould happen and you cannot deal with. Are you sure you cannot
deal? Has this happend before?
What's a negative thought anyway?
As human s we have created some biases to protect our selves fromdanger. A negative thought was created to make us alert and awarefrom the danger. Our mind cannot make focus on everything all the
time. Those mechanisms were builted to make us be ready fordefence. However, thinking negative all the time because we are afraidis not a solution for this modern life. We are thinking bad all the timeand even if everything is going great, we wil find something bad to
put our focus on.
