Prayer Chain...

Administrative Volunteer Needed... We get a number of phone calls throughout the week from various people groups in the community. As there are only 18 office hours per week, we are not able to answer all of these phone calls, missing opportunities as a church to reach out to people in Surrey. Additionally, Emily will be shifting her focus on re-creating our church image. If you have a heart for administration and would be willing to serve the church by donating your time for four hours every Monday morning, please contact the office for further details. This is an excellent opportunity for someone trying to gain work experi-ence in administration or volunteer hours.

We are updating and asking for more volunteers for our BCCC Prayer Chain. The idea is simple: when there are prayer needs in the congregation, we will pass the concerns on to others for prayer through phone call, or email. Please let Emily know if you would like to be added to our prayer chain.

THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE ENSLAVED TDAY THAN AT ANY OTHER POINT IN HU-MAN HISTORY “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free...” Luke 4:18 On Sunday March 13 we will partner in prayer with over two thousand churches across the globe taking action to end modern-day slavery.

The Mexico Missions trip is coming up on March 18-28th and there is still a lot to be done! Please contact Ray King for information on how to help in this ministry.
