Jenny Tseng (Kim) is an associate in Morrison & Foerster'sFinance Department and a member of the Real Estate Group.Her practice covers a wide range of real estate equity and debttransactions, including development, financing and disposition ofretail, commercial and industrial projects. Hung Chang is the director of product development and open sourcecounsel at Harman International. Under this role. Hung supports theexecutives from all four divisions in product development, marketstrategy, and processes related to open source, data privacy, datasecurity, and software development generally. Prior to Harman, Hungwas a legal counsel at Adobe Systems where he worked directly withbusiness development, engineering, product management, andmarketing clients and advise them on a wide variety of legal issues(e.g., data privacy and security, open source, technology licensing,patents, standards, marketing, SaaS, etc.)

Hung has been in the technology industry since 2005 and is veryfamiliar with mobile applications, video games, social media, hostedservices, professional video/audio products, digital content (stockimages and user-generated content), and other enterprise offerings.Hung also serves as a volunteer legal counsel at Hyphen Magazine,a non-profit Asian American magazine.

Hung has been actively involved with AABA since 2007 when he tookthe position as a co-chair of AABA's community service committee.He has served on the AABA board since 2010 and is grateful to servethis community with a wonderful team. When Hung is not practicinglaw, he can be found practicing piano or designing and building thenext Minecraft project with his daughters.

Jenni fer Tse

Jennifer Tse is the Regional Coordinator - Workplace Crimes for theWestern Region in the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S.Department of Labor. Her region covers eight states and three U.S.territories, including Guam, American Samoa, and the NorthernMariana Islands, in her position, she works with exploited immigrantworkers and makes recommendations whether to certify applicationsfor U and/or T Nonimmigrant Status on behalf of immigrant victims oflabor-related crimes and human trafficking.

Prior to her position with the U.S. Department of Labor, Jennifer wasan attorney at the Immigrant Justice Project of the Southern PovertyLaw Center (SPLC) in Atlanta, Georgia. At SPLC, she worked as animmigration attorney and in civil litigation involving class-action labortrafficking, workers' rights, and civil rights cases. She is also currentlythe Co-Lead of the Northern California Regional Network (formerly ofthe White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific islanders).Jennifer received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Lawand her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

An avid hiker, runner and consumer of delicious food and caffeine,Jennifer hikes and runs mostly so that she can continue consuming.

Vilaska Nguyen is a senior trial attorney at the San Francisco PublicDefender's Office where he began his indigent defense career in 2005as a misdemeanor attorney litigating nearly 30 jury trials beforemoving on to the felony trial unit. His current focus is on serious felonymatters and he has successfully defended cases involving homicide,sexual assault and hate crimes. Over the course of his career, Vilaskahas mentored and championed students who later developed intostellar advocates in the courtroom and prominent leaders in the legalcommunity.

Vilaska is a zealous supporter of education and outreach. Hepreviously served as the President of the Asian American CriminalTrial Lawyers Association and currently serves as the Mentorship andTraining Director. Vilaska is a certified instructor for the NationalInstitute of Trial Advocacy and presented the first defense-orientedtraining at the annual NAPABA conference in 2014. He is a guestlecturer at USF's Criminal Law clinic and a faculty member of the lawschool's intensive Advocacy Program. Vilaska developed the MockTrial workshop at the non-profit 826 Valencia and he is a past co-chairof the AABA scholarship committee.

Beyond the courtroom, Vilaska is dedicated to criminal justice reform.He works closely with grass roots organizations such as the EllaBaker Center for Human Rights, C.U.R.B. and the Drug PolicyAlliance in a united effort to end mass incarceration, to stop the Waron Drugs, and to eliminate racism in the criminal justice system.

Neill Tseng

Neil! Tseng is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Divisionof the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Civil AppellateChief. Mr. Tseng defends the federal government in civillitigation, prosecutes financial fraud, health care fraud andcivil lights violations, and oversees the Civil Division'sactivities in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has alsotaught part-time at U.C. Berkeley School of Law. Beforejoining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Mr. Tseng taught full-timeat Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, practicedcivil litigation at a law firm in Hawaii, and cieri<ed for federaljudges on the Ninth Circuit and the United States DistrictCou r t f o r t he D i s t r i c t o f Hawa i i . He ob ta i ned h i s J .D . f r om

Harvard Law School and his B.A. in Economics from YaleCollege.

Hilda Chan is a first-generation Chinese American. During collegeshe helped low-wage workers facing wage theft, discrimination,and other workplace problems. For 7 years, she also worked withvery low-income kids and parents on welfare advocating for realpathways out of poverty through education and support. Afterfinishing law school, Hilda helped tenants facing eviction andhomelessness. Now, she helps survivors of domestic violenceescape abusive relationships at a non-profit legal aid organizationcalled Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach. Outside of work, sheenjoys fishing and Brazilian jiujitsu.

Margaret FujiokaJudge Fujioka was elected to the Alameda County Superior Court onJune 7, 2016 and is currently assigned to misdemeanor trials. She Isthe first Japanese American woman to serve on the 70+ memberAlameda County Superior Court.

Prior to becoming a Judge, she was an Administrative Hearing Officerwith the City of Oakland, the County of Alameda, and the City &County of San Francisco where she presided over a wide variety ofadministrative hearings. Margaret is a former long-time Deputy CityAttomey in the Oakland City Attorney's Office where she providedlegal advice and counsel to Mayors, City Council Members, CityAdministrators, City Departments, Boards, and Commissions on awide range of subjects, including contract, real estate, finance, firstamendment, housing, land use, and general municipal law.

Judge Fujioka was elected to the Piedmont City Council in 2008 andre-elected in 2012 with the highest number of votes in both contestedraces. Judge Fujioka is the first woman of color to serve on thePiedmont City Council in its 108-year history, in 2014 she wasunanimously elected Mayor by her fellow City Council Members andserved for two years before her election to the Superior Court.

Judge Fujioka is a past president of the National Asian PacificA m e r i c a n B a r A s s o c i a t i o n a n d t h e A s i a n A m e r i c a n B a r A s s o c i a t i o n o fthe Greater Bay Area. Judge Fujioka received a B.A. from UCBerkeley and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of Law.

Alex Wong joined AAPIP in 2012. As AAPIP's CommunityPhilanthropy Manager, he has the pleasure of working with all ofAAPIP's partners and philanthropists across the country and isresponsible for the National Giving Circle Network's continuedvibrancy. In addition to fostering the growth of the communityphilanthropy through partnerships, he is also an avid and activemember of several giving circles.

Alex is currently pursuing his MBA from Haas School ofBusiness, holds a JD from University of California, HastingsCollege of the Law and graduated magna cum laude from NewYork University with a double major in Economics and Politics.His legal experience Includes serving as judicial extern tofederal magistrate and district judges, litigation attorney, and in-house counsel to a digital advertising agency. Amy K, Lee is the Director of Diversity. Labor & EmployeeRelations, Academic Personnel and Programs at the Universityof California. Office of the President. Jennifer Y. This past year, CSC has participated in community activitiesincluding a gardening in Golden Gate Park, helping restorethe Catholic Charities Senior Center, volunteering at the SanFrancisco Food Bank, making holiday cards for Meals onWheels, and preparing holiday gifts for women and teenagegirls in need with Project Glimmer.
