PRAYING THROUGH THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2012

The 8th Sacred Calendar Month: 15th October – 12th November 2012

The Jewish sacred calendar began in the month Abib, by divine instruction recorded in Ex 12:2 and

Deut 16:1. Thereafter, the rest of the months of the year were determined from one new moon to another

(Isa 66:23).

The entire sacred calendar is therefore a strictly lunar calendar. On the other hand, the Gregorian

calendar is based on a solar year creating a disparity between the sacred and the Gregorian calendar

because the lunar month occurs at a different timing from the solar month.

In 2012, reckoning by the Gregorian calendar, the first Jewish sacred calendar month

Abib began on the day of the new moon 22nd March – 20th April; the second sacred calendar

month called Zif also began from the day of the new moon 21st April – 19th May; the third

sacred calendar month called Sivan began on the day of the new moon 20th May – 18th June;

subsequent months followed the same pattern in which the day of the occurrence of the new

moon marked the beginning of the Jewish sacred calendar month. Now, the eighth Jewish

sacred calendar month called Bul (1 Kgs 6:38; 1kings 12:32-33) will begin on the day of the

next new moon occuring on the 15th October – 12th November 2012.

The word October was derived from the Latin word “Octo” meaning eight (8). It was

originally the 8th month of the old Roman calendar. It retained its name from the Latin origin

when July and August, named after Julius and Augustus Caesar respectively, were inserted

into the calendar created by the Romans.

It is now considered the tenth (10th) month in the now widely used Gregorian

calendar.

Consequently, it is the gateway into THE LAST QUARTER OF THE Gregorian

calendar YEAR when OCCULT FETISHISM AND BLOODSHED manifest in bizarre

occurrences, road accidents, robbery, ritual murders, rape, etc. These are actually

thanksgiving offerings offered to the occult “gods” for protection throughout the concluding

year.

October is the eighth (8th) month of the Jewish sacred calendar and the second (2nd)

month according to their civil calendar. (1 Kings 6:38; 1 Kings 12:32, 33).

The eighth month depicted “plumpness” as if a surplus above the perfect seven.

Figuratively it symbolizes fatness, rich fat, lusty and plenteous. Thus this month is meant to

be a time of abundance and plenty.

When God commanded Moses and Aaron to take the month of Abib as the beginning of

months, the first month of the year (Exo 12:2; 13:4), He automatically set the spring season as

the first season of the year. This is because “Abib” is a Hebrew word for fresh, young barley

ears, or month of ear-forming, or month of greening of crop, etc moreover, it is the time when

the rains begin after the long dry winter months; thus, the northern hemisphere sets

precedence for the seasons of the year, following this Biblical pattern since Israel is located in

it.

Most nations in the northern hemisphere experience rain during this time of the year

when summer is drawing to a close and opening the gates into autumn the third major season

of the year (spring – summer – autumn) while the southern hemisphere is ushered into the

beginning of summer.

In autumn creation prepares for the coming winter season. Creatures like ants gather

food in summer and autumn in preparation for winter. Other animals prepare to go into

hibernation where they are hidden under the earth and are in rest and recuperation.

It is also a season for harvesting plants that mature during late summer and for preparing

grounds for the next planting season. There is a drying up, dying and falling off of leaves and

plants that had blossomed and borne fruit during the spring and summer months.

In this 2nd, 8th and 10th month seek for opportunities, in families where marriages are

failing, to plant good deeds of praying for those marriages.

PRAYING THROUGH THE MONTH

The disparity between the lunar and solar calendar is the reason why the beginning of the

Gregorian calendar month of October does not coincide with the beginning of the eighth

Jewish sacred calendar month of Bul which begins on the day of the new moon: 15th October

2012 and ends on the 12th of November 2012. Consequently, the seventh sacred calendar

month is not yet over. We will pray through the 7th into the 8th sacred calendar months

accordingly.

There is another direction for a fast from the LORD which everybody should endeavour

to do, from 1-10 October 2012. Pray through Ps 30 throughout the fast. God will dry your

tears and turn your mourning into dancing.

The on-going seventh sacred calendar month expressly reminds us of the Sabbath rest. A

principle God does not take lightly because it is holy unto the LORD (Exo 16:23a; 20:8; 31:15

etc) understanding exactly what God really means by “Sabbath Rest” is the key to unlocking

the blessing within.

From the foundational scripture in Gen 2:1-3, God wants all His children to join Him in

His rest on the Sabbath. Man must be actively engaged working for only six days a week

and rest the seventh day in complete communication and worship to his creator. The

principle is the same for the seventh sacred Sabbath month. Ask the LORD to show you

what you must personally do in order to share in God’s rest for the month. (Acts 9:6b;

22:10)

Pray that the Holy Spirit will unveil the depth of the meaning of the “Sabbath rest” to you

and to every member of the Body of Christ as a personal revelation; to bring about

understanding, and then each can decide to practically participate and enjoy the rest that

remains for them and reap the blessings from the LORD. (1 Cor 2:10-11; Heb 4:9-11)

Think deeply about the benefits of resting in the presence of the LORD, waiting upon

Him, loving Him, listening and communicating with Him every Sabbath day of the week

and every Sabbath month in the year: you will be someone who is always refreshed,

renewed, and obviously, God will fill you with the very best of ideas that will promote

you to honor. Ask the LORD to pour forth abounding grace upon all His people who are

willing to put His word to the test. (Isa 40:31; 2 Cor 9:8)

Declare “shalom” to the gate of the eighth sacred calendar month, the month of new

beginning on the day of the new moon. Pray that, the peace of God encapsulated in the

Hebrew word “Shalom” will envelope the entire month so that every moment of the

month will be governed by the peace of God irrespective of any agitating situations or

occurrences. (Ps 122:8)

The eighth sacred calendar month is a month of new beginning. Africa is still a burning

issue before the LORD. Thank the LORD for the privilege of being in the position to

present all the 56 nations of the continent of Africa before Him. Ask Him relevant

questions about each nation; let Him tell you which nation(s) He has purposed to give

new beginnings in Him. When He has answered you, Ask Him to tell you which aspects

of that nation(s) to pray for, and tarry in His presence, lifting that nation before Him in

supplication day and night; until you hear news of new beginnings in that nation(s) (1

Sam 23:2,4; 30:8)

The tree of life bears twelve crops of fruit, with a fresh crop each month. (Rev 22:2)

God”s word says “the fruit of the righteous is a tree of life (Prov 11:30a). The New Living

Translation presents it differently: “the seeds of good deeds become a tree of life”. As children

of the Kingdom of God, it is mandatory for us to plant the seeds of good deeds in other

people’s lives, in our communities, cities, nation etc month by month, everywhere the LORD

sends us. Assuredly, these seeds of good deeds will become trees of life in the lives of the

recipients so they too will become sources of life to others.

The number 2 represents the number for divine agreement, (Math 18:19) It is a number of

witness. (2 Co 13:1; Deut 19:15; Num 14:6-9). It also stands as a number of repetitions – “to do

again, or do it once more.” It speaks of a “second-chance.” It also connotes the idea of division

or difference which may be for good or evil (i.e Opposition, enmity, oppression, etc) our focus

is on division and difference.

“If we live in the Spirit, we must keep in step with the Spirit” (Gal 5:25)

We can keep in step with the Spirit when we hear and obey the voice of the Spirit of God. Our

main focus for prayer is what God is currently saying by His Spirit.

The voice of the LORD has made His people aware that we are in a season of division

and separation where the wheat will be separated from the chaff; there will be division

between that which is light and that which is darkness. It is also the season of the

manifestation of stark realities; a season of brazen manifestations and exposures.

We are in a season where the LORD is using the fan in His hand to winnow and

thoroughly purge, remove or separate those He recognizes among His people as wheat from

those He considers chaff. The wheat will be gathered into His barn or garner (Heaven) but the

chaff will be burned with an unquenchable fire (hell fire) (Mat 3:12; Lk 3:17)

Dear reader, will the LORD recognize you as wheat or as chaff? You must judge

yourself in this matter because he who is spiritual judges all things. If you find out by

the standard of God’s word that you cannot be counted as wheat then quickly deliver

yourself by sorrowing in a godly manner because godly sorrow produces repentance

leading to salvation. (1 Cor 2:15; 2 Cor 7:9-10)

How many in the body of Christ round the world will the LORD find as wheat in this

season? Many are living their lives by self will and not fulfilling the LORD’s will

because their lifestyle is dictated by what is convenient to them, what is pleasing to

them, what best suites them by their own standards and not by the LORD’s standard,

what they like or dislike etc. Their lives are all about themselves and not about God.

How much wheat will the LORD find? Spend time before the LORD in deep sorrow of

heart and mind and stand in the gap for the deliverance of God’s people, if not, many

will be among those the LORD will say “I know you not… depart from me, all ye

workers of iniquity” irrespective of what they ever achieved for the kingdom of God!

(2 Cor 7:9-10; Eze 22:30)

Repent and ask the LORD to take you, your family, marriage, business, workers, the

members of the Body of Christ etc through the process of separation, freely allowing

Him to separate you by the blood of Jesus from anything that has bound your spirit,

mind, emotions, will, heart, conscience, temperaments, dispositions, character and

world view so much so that, it has colored your way of thinking, your day to day life

choices and as a result you have departed from God’s set standards for His people.

You now live daily in iniquity and you are not even aware of it. Fervently pray with

the following scriptures for separation (Acts 3:19; 1 Jn 1:7; Eph 2:13; Acts 20:28c)

In Gen 1:18, one of the functions of the two great lights God set in the firmament of the

heavens is to divide the light from the darkness. God is light and in Him is no darkness at all

(1 Joh 1:5). This is the season in which the light emanating from God will divide those who are

of light from those who are of darkness.

Amongst people classified as the body of Christ, every individual looks “holy” and

“reputable” from man’s assessment because man looks on the outward appearance, but the

LORD looks on the heart (1 Sam 16:7). The LORD sees the heart of man those who are His

sheep and those who are not; He knows those who truly belong to His Kingdom of light and

those who are synagogues of Satan (Rev 2:9). This is the season of division; He is separating

these two groups of people within the body of Christ!

In which group are you the reader located? Are you amongst those of light or of

darkness? This is a period of deep soul searching, critical self- examination, and self-

realization of blunt truth - on which side of the truth of the word of God are you?

Have you been operating on “Truth” as Jesus, the word of God is the Way, the Truth

and the Life? Or have your life been daily led and controlled by half-truth or seaming

truth? Whatever the answers are, face them and repent immediately if there is need

for repentance. Ask the LORD to take away all iniquity and receive you graciously;

then turn with all your heart to the LORD and let your life embrace “Truth”

completely; if not, you will be heading to eternal damnation because God is no

respecter of persons nor does He take bribes! (Dan 9:3-19; Hos 14:2; Joel 2:12-13)

Intercede incessantly for the Body of Christ as a whole, that the Spirit of God will

prompt every member to totally cleanse themselves from all filthiness of the flesh and

spirit, completely living their daily lives in holiness and in the fear of God. (2 Cor 7:1)

Pray that the Spirit of God will help you make intercession for your nation, especially

for the nations of the continent of Africa because a time is fast approaching when the

nations shall be gathered before the LORD and He shall separate them one from

another as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats: He shall set the sheep on His

right hand but the goats on the left. He will send the sheep to inherit the kingdom

prepared for them from the foundation of the world; and the goats He will send away

cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels! (Rom 8:26-27; Mat

25:31-46)

It is also a season of the manifestation of stark realities: Yes, the bare or stark realities of the

truth of which group every member of the Body of Christ belong to: whether one belongs to

the group God considers light or whether one belongs to the group God considers darkness.

Stark realities of what the situations and circumstances surrounding peoples’ lives really are;

stark realities of people you thought were with you, but turned out to be rather against you,

stark realities of the manifestation of scriptures like Mic 7:2; Mat 10:35; Lk 12:53 in families.

Stark realities of the spiritual divide of all leaders of nations. God is exposing the stark

realities of the true position of every member of the Body of Christ.

The season of stark realities will certainly accomplish a purpose in the lives of the people

of God. It will cause the scales to fall off the eyes of those who were previously “blind” so

they can see and take appropriate steps to make corrections.

The number 8 represents new beginnings. Circumcision was on the eighth day, when a new

communion was entered into. Eight souls were saved in the ark, to commence a new world,

(1Pe 3:20, 2Pe 2:5.) Focus on new beginning

Express your gratitude to God for the privilege of the season of new beginning in

psalms and hymns and spiritual songs making melody in your hearts to the LORD.

(Eph 5:19)

The trend of the times and seasons, and the issues emanating from the heart of God

are very informative for the kind of new beginning one must embark on. Entreat the

LORD to lead you completely in the path of His blueprint for your life so you will

escape His wrath and the obvious traps the enemy has set for those who will not turn

back to the LORD. (Rom 8:14)

Pray for the members of your family, the Body of Christ, your nation and Africa, that

God will bring them into the experiential reality of a new beginning in Him, that

beginning in which His word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path. (Ps

119:105)

The number 10 signifies the perfection of divine order, the completeness of order –

making the entire round of anything. God has a perfect divine plan which is an entire round

of life from the beginning to the end for every one of His children.

God planned the life of man before He made man, that plan is God’s divine order for

man. The plan is that man will be born as a child, and grow into an adult man. Whilst

growing, he will learn the word of God, the ways of God and the will of God so his life will be

founded on the LORD and at the time of maturity, man will be completely God centered and

God focused.

Today the story of man is completely deviated from that perfect plan of God for man.

At maturity, man is already rebellious to God with no spiritual experience, no character

development, terribly dispositions, lack of responsibility, no personal developed kingdom

skills, and no personal soft skills. The only thing every man seems to run after is the personal

hard skill which is his profession – even that; they do not involve God in the choice of

profession, they choose what pleases them.

Man needs deliverance. Repent on behalf of man and cry out to God to turn man back to

Himself. (Hos 6:1-3)

The Body of Christ needs the LORD’s salvation because of the faulty foundations upon

which man was raised, before God called him. (Exo 15:2; Isa 12:2)

Pray Job 22:21-30 over your life, your family, community, city and nation and start

incorporating that scripture into your life.

Praying Into the Month

Proclaim that you are possessing the gates because Jesus Christ is building an Ecclesia, an

assembly of people who are law makers and culture makers and they are gate possessors.

That is why the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Ecclesia. The gates of hell shall

not prevail against you in this season.

As a lawmaker and culture maker, prophesy that every decree you make during these

feast days at the gates of this new month shall become law and culture of the land. Speak

kingdom culture of reverence and fear of the LORD, unity, peace, stability, wise

leadership in the family, Body of Christ and in the government, health, spiritual

discernment, harnessing of human and natural resources for the benefit of all, and every

good thing that will shape every gate of society.

Proclaim Psalm 24 and instruct the gates of every moment of this month to be lifted up

to allow the King of Glory in and every event and plan be made subject to Him.

Speak to the heavens, and command them to praise the LORD during this season. Ask

them to release the very best for all of creation in your territory during every day of the

month. Command the heavens to fulfill the agenda of ruling the heavens and marking the

times and seasons of the LORD over your life, the Body of Christ and the territory you live

in (Psa 19:1-6, Psalm 148)

Command the heavens to yield their very best for you during the coming days. The sun

shall not smite kingdom citizens by day nor the moon by night. The stars in their courses

shall cooperate with the LORD’s agenda in your life, in the Body of Christ and in your

continent (Psa 121)

Proclaim the 2012 scriptures from Psalm 45, psalm 72, Psalm 97, Psalm 98, 99, 125.

Psalm 98 for leaders. Proclaim these psalms over your life, family, the Body of Christ and

territory.

Ask the LORD to help you fulfil every God given assignment He has for you in this

month (Jer 29:11)

Ask the LORD to put the words He originally ordained this month in your mouth so

that you can shape each day, each situation according to His design. Ask that you will

plant the heavens and lay the foundations of the earth on a daily basis according to His

plan and design. You will continually speak about each day what God is saying rather

than what you think or what the world or the kingdom of darkness is pushing (Isa 51:16,

Psa 118:24)

Pray that you will eat of the fruit which is produced in this month from the tree of life.

Pray that the leaves from the tree of life which are for healing of any area of life and that

needs healing pray this for your family, the Body of Christ and territory at large(Eze

47:12, Rev 22:2)

Ants gather food for the approaching winter. Ask the LORD to enable you to emulate

this wisdom. Invest in seasons of worship, the word and deeper communion with God.

When the difficult seasons of your life come, when calamitous circumstances cause you to

fail to pray, read the word or commune with God in an active way, you will have a deep

reserve of the WORD upon which you can draw. Pray this for your family and the church

in your nation and the continent (Job 23:10-12, Jer 15:16; Prov 30:25, Col 3:15-17)

Just as the old begins to dry up, wither and finally fall away in the fall season, ask that

during each day of this new season, as you fill yourself with the life-giving word of the

LORD, as you commune and spend more time with the LORD, any bad traits, besetting

sins, including good things that keep you from pursuing God, will begin to be exposed,

dry up and die. Pray this for your family, the Body of Christ and your territory (Psa

116:15)

This is a season of second chances. There is a window of opportunity for those who have

erred in divisive agendas in the Body of Christ and in political government to repent and

return to the LORD’s purpose and plan for their territories. Starting with yourself, and the

Body of Christ, ask the LORD for a second chance to be a voice of reason, unity and

healing in every platform including the virtual social media platforms.

Tribalism, racism, sectarianism, religious fundamentalism and division,

denominationalism, and every manifestation of a party spirit has been evidenced as

people pitched for different leaders. However after elections, some leaders will be done

away with while new ones will come; but the nations remain.

The healing of wounded egos, healing of people groups and unmet expectations must

begin for nations to move forward. Pray for yourself, the body of Christ and territory at

large for the healing balm of the Jehovah Rapha to pour out through the Body of Christ as

He gives the nations a second chance in good governance. (Malachi 4:2)

Pray for nations that are still having political campaigns and are already awash with a

party spirit, that the Body of Christ will rise to the occasion and be the source of strength,

healing and the voice of unity.

There are many who have privately, even publicly incited people along divisive tribal,

sectarian or religious lines causing disruptive attacks and violence directed at particular

people groups. In this season we declare that every tongue that will rise up in

inflammatory divisive speech will be judged harshly and will be rendered irrelevant, its

voice drowned out and scattered by the four winds.

This is a year of divine governance. As the LORD’s governor in your territory, ask that the

LORD will put a guard over your mouth, so you will sieve what you say. Ask the LORD

to work on your heart and mind, so you will see things from His perspective and not be

colored by an unredeemed mindset. The LORD’s government agenda must take hold

especially in the continent of Africa according to His prophetic agenda. No negative

division will stand, no inflammatory and divisive agenda will stand in any platform (Psa

141:1-6).

Pray that the people of African extraction from the continent of Africa and in the diaspora,

will begin to fully experience the virtues of their jubilee season which was kick started

after the day of Atonement. This year 2012, it fell on 26th September. Pray that you will be

first partaker of release, restitution, repentance, rejoicing, restoration, rebuilding, the

LORD’s favor and His vengeance on every wicked work and agenda of the kingdom of

darkness. Pray this for the Body of Christ and your territories.

Pray for stability in every nation which has undergone an election season especially the

turbulence that has followed North African nations in the past several months. It is in

stability that development can be enjoyed. Pray that during this 10th month we shall

experience stability.

Pray that places in your life, in the Body of Christ and in the territory where there has

been a spirit of disorder, chaos and unrest as a result of man’s activities, this month shall

begin to release stability and a sense of the perfection of divine order.

As you shape the day on a daily basis, ask the Holy Spirit to brood over every territory

where you set your feet, over every territory where kingdom citizens gather to worship, so

that divine order will begin to set forth. (Gen 1:1-2)

Pray through the Micah mandate – Micah 6:6-8 and Amos 5:24 for your territory.

Is this the month of your birth? Pray that every virtue that the number 2, 8 and 10 signify

will be your portion. You will enjoy a second chance in an area where there seemed to be

no such hope, you will enjoy a new beginning of blessing, favor and every jubilee virtue,

and you will begin to find stability where there has been instability, you will experience

divine order where there has been disorder and you will enter new levels of responsibility

in your family life, work life and ministry.

Pray that the day of your birth will be marked as blessed, full of life vigor and health.

Pray that because of your birth, the earth will experience relief, destinies of people you

encounter will be fulfilled, and every person and place you appear in will become better,

because you were born.

You may pray for yourself on the weekday of your birth, on a weekly basis that every one

of the virtues of this month will be evidenced by all creation because you were born on

that particular weekday.

FEASTS OF THE LORD

The high Holy days or Feasts of the LORD are in full swing as the month of October 2012

opens. They are as follows: Sacred/Civil Calendar: Day begins at sundown Gregorian Calendar: New day begins midnight

Sukk’ot is: 2nd Day (Mon) 15 Tishri 5773 Tabernacles Begins: Sep 30, 2012

Sukk'ot ends: 2nd Day (Mon) 21 Tishri 5773 Tabernacles Ends: October 7, 2012

Shemini Atzeret is: 1st Day (Sun) 22 Tishri 5773 The 8th Day Begins: October 7, 2012

Simchat Torah is: 3rd Day (Tue) 23 Tishri 5773 End - Annual Torah Reading Cycle: Oct. 9, 2012

Declare that these Feast Days are made by the LORD; and we rejoice and are glad in them.

Command all creation to praise the LORD during these days.

These are seasons of continuous praise and worship to the LORD. During the first 10 days

of October proclaim and pray through the Great Hallel Ps 113-118, according to the

leading of the Holy Spirit.

We are in the midst of these major feasts including all the counterfeit feasts (free mason's

squares and compass day on 7th to coincide with the Shemini Artzeret (8th day after Sukkot),

the Moslem mass exodus to Mecca for Hajj and then the next Idd ul Adha. and the Halloween

all souls day. Notice that all counterfeit festivals have to do with covenants of death and the

grave, while the Festivals of the LORD are proclaiming life, atonement and salvation of souls

from eternal death, and future union with the LORD eternally where there shall no longer be

death. Continue to pray through the following:

Thank the LORD for life and for releasing you from death.

Declare that you, your family, ministry and territory will live to see the goodness of the

LORD in the land of the living. Psalm 27:12-end

FALSE FESTIVALS

October 31st – Halloween developed from ancient New Year festivals of the dead (the

Celtic festival of Samhain). The church in A.D. 800’s established ALL Saints Day on November

1 so that people could continue a festival they had celebrated before becoming Christians. The

mass said on that day is called All Hallowmas. The evening before became known as ALL

Halloween. In the US children wear costumes on Halloween and go trick-or-treating. At

Halloween parties, people enjoy such activities as fortune – telling, hearing stories about

ghosts and witches

October 7th – is a Masonic holiday referred to the Squares and Compass day.

The main Hajj will take place on October 24 - October 27, 2012

Eid ul-Adha will take place on October 26, 2012

Declare into the womb of those days that the LORD has made them. Command the

days to do the bidding of the LORD and all parts of creation during this month to reject and

vomit out every instruction from any occult quarter

In Exodus7:8-12 after Moses threw down his staff and it turned into a snake, Pharaoh’s

magicians by magic arts also tried to imitate the miracle. However their snakes were all

swallowed up by Moses snake. In the same way, pray that every counterfeit manifestation

that the kingdom of darkness tries to release on this key Feast season shall be swallowed

up by the LORD’s true manifestation of redemption and life.

Let the word of God that goes forth during the true Feast days neutralize every other

instruction by the masons and other occult groups.

Pray that indeed many who have been drawn to the occult in any way will be drawn back

to the LORD as multitudes across the nations repent and pray through that feast of the

LORD on the Day of Atonement.

Proclaim Isaiah 25

Declare that every covenant with death and the grave has been swallowed up by the

sacrifice that was made on the greatest altar ever raised on Calvary by Jesus Christ.

Declare that in the season of these feasts the LORD will cause every monthly

prognosticator and diviner to go mad and every one of their manipulations into the

heavens will turn into great confusion Isa 44:24-25

Every arrow that has been aligned against the righteous will be returned back to sender.

Pray that those who try to exchange their evil destinies with those of the kingdom citizens

will have their divinations turned back to them. Their covenants with the grave will

swallow them up and they will be exposed in this season.

The spirit of death which attends the hajj where people die in mass stampedes will no

longer be exchanged in the nations. We command that spirit to remain in that territory in

this season. Those who go to exchange destinies and make covenants with death shall be

swallowed up by those very spirits they try to distribute in the nations when they disperse

from Mecca/Medina

Pray that as many as are diligently seeking the LORD in doing this ritual pilgrimage will

encounter the risen LORD and have a Damascus experience right there in Mecca/Medina.

Proclaim Psalm 29. Pray that in this season of intense activity, the heavens will speak to

the earth to release its best for the saints and will also be called upon to fight on behalf of

the saints.

The LORD prophesied that 2012 is a season of increased angelic activity. Command

guardian angels with drawn swords to watch at the gates of this new season. Declare that

anything that is not God glorifying including language, activity, character will not be

allowed to cross the threshold of this new season especially in areas of governance,

politics and diplomacy. Rev 21:27

Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you to interact with and utilize the angelic forces that are at

your disposal for we are in a season of extremely high spiritual activity especially in the

heavens.

Utter the voice of the blood of Jesus into the heavens. Heb 12:24. Pray that the voice of the

LORD will blot out every other voice that is commanding the heavens to do anything in

this season. Col 2.14-15.

PRAY FOR NATIONS

Praying for Israel

Pray that during these feast days as many orthodox Jews observe the High Holy days

throughout the world, many will encounter the Risen LORD Jesus and the veil of

blindness will be lifted from their eyes and minds.

Pray that as many go through the rituals of the season, there will be a deeper hunger to

know God. Pray that as they seek they will be led to the full gospel in the Bible, so they

will encounter the LORD as they read the Bible.

Pray for the State of Israel. With the advent of the Internet and virtual world, there is an

on-going campaign to re-write history and try to make the Jewish people in the land to

seem like counterfeits. This further discounts the fulfilment of every prophecy concerning

the birth and existence of Israel as a nation. It discredits the history of the people and their

land, and nullifies every atrocious persecution they faced through the ages as they were

scattered in the nations. Pray that the LORD will open the eyes of the kingdom citizens

worldwide, to see through these counterfeit attempts and to stick to the inerrant scriptural

evidence.

then the nations at large.

Pray that the Body of Christ in these nations will discern the season and key into it

Mali

Since a disastrous March coup in Bamako, Mali has lost control of all of the arid north and

Islamists have been swift to impose tough sharia law, including stoning people to death. Last

month Islamists sliced off a hand and a foot each from four suspected carjackers. Continue to

thank the LORD that He has broken the power of fundamentalist Islam over the continent;

and every manifestation of it is the last kick of a dying horse.

Ask the LORD what He would have you as a kingdom citizen do, with regard to being a

vessel He can use to reach out to those who do not know Him and are exposed only to Islam.

Central African Republic

Criminality, homicides and access to weapons are just three of this small country's major

problems, followed by a bevy of other issues that keep the Central African Republic from

moving forward. Since independence in 1960, the Central African Republic has

experienced numerous coups, military riots and armed rebellions. This has left the country

awash with illegal weapons and corruption. In 2009 a peace deal was struck and a unity

government was formed, but now the country has to deal with an insurgency of the

LORD's Resistance Army (LRA). Being chronically underdeveloped, regional help has

been keeping the Central African Republic from falling apart. Pray that as Central African

Republic entered her Jubilee season, the LORD will bring her to remembrance; and

through the Body of Christ both in that nation and in the continent the LORD will begin to

bring Central African Republic to a shine. Proclaim Isaiah 60 over that land.

Ethiopia

Ethiopia celebrated their new year last month. As this new year has began the nation

begins its new journey with a new prime minister. Pray that peace and stability will follow

Ethiopia during this transition season with the new government.

Jordan:

Tension is rising so high. Plenty of unrest and strife being caused by Moslem

fundamentalists. Using mosques as camps to incite people into rebellion against the

incumbent king and seeking a government of a republic. Pray that the LORD will arise

and diffuse the striving and incitement in the land.

Proclaim Acts 17:26-18 over Jordan. It is the LORD who has set forth the boundaries of

that land. Kingdom patterns are from the LORD. Pray that there shall be a deep soul

searching within the Body of Christ in Jordan and within the ruling government

concerning the many issues that are arising in the kingdom. Pray that Kingdom citizens

will not cower, but will be solution givers to the increasing rebellion in the nation.

Pray for boldness and a rejuvenation of faith in the Body of Christ in this kingdom; as

many feel threatened by the rising fundamentalist Islamic agenda

Somalia

For the first time since 1990 the nation of Somalia chose a president in its own soil last

month. The New government has come in and there is hope for the nation to settle down.

Even though there have been a few attempts by extremist suicide bombers, there is hope

for Somalia. Pray for the peace of that nation. Pray concerning al shabab and the Islamic

fundamental movement that the LORD will douse every fire that they are lighting in the

territory. Proclaim Isaiah 61 over the nation which entered her jubilee.

Arab world

There have been protests across the Islamic world sparked by a film that is claimed to

mock Mohammed their prophet. In Pakistan and other Islamic territories, calls from key

Islamic religious leaders across the Muslim world for an enforceable international pact

through the United Nations criminalizing insult to Islamic and other religious symbols

were made. In Iran they have promised thousands of dollars to whoever will kill the

maker of that film mocking their prophet.

Remind the LORD of the prophesy that fundamentalist Islam has been broken and this

counterfeit show of might and rage will be doused.

Cancel every threat and curse being released and every persecution against the Body of

Christ in Pakistan and other Islamic territories because of this film. Blot out every word of

death and threats

Pray that many Muslims will have their eyes opened to this scenario just as Gideon’s

father’s eyes were opened, so that he queried the issue of men fighting for their god. Pray

that many Muslims will wonder why their god cannot fight for Himself but must recruit

young human beings to kill themselves for His sake. (Judges 6:28-32)

In Libya the American Ambassador was killed during some civil unrest. Pray for the

family of this man that the LORD will comfort them.

Egypt

Members of the Constituent assembly a body tasked with drafting Egypt’s new

constitution proposed placing church funds under state financial control. While churches

do not receive funding unlike mosques which taxpayer money from both Muslim and

Christians the proposed law aimed at allowing the Muslim Brotherhood to dominate all

institutions and exercised control on churches and Christians. Pray that the LORD will

raise lawmakers and culture makers within the constituent assembly who will preserve

His purposes concerning Egypt and the Body of Christ in that nation.

Angola/Mozambique

The LORD is indeed turning around the face of the continent. Mozambique and

Angola are nations which have been known for their war and most numerous land mines

making them dangerous areas to venture into. Yet in the recent past the two have become

bustling tourist and job havens for many people from Europe USA and South America.

As the LORD said, people are coming to seek for solutions in the continent concerning

economic stability, the banking system and how it has worked and not experienced the shake

up that is storming up in the other nations.

Despite emerging from a bruising civil war in 1992, Mozambique has made great

strides into becoming a peaceful society. Widespread poverty and the easy access to wartime

weapons have caused some problems with crime and violent demonstrations around political

disputes. But Mozambique's government has been consistently stable. Floods and droughts in

recent years have put pressure on what is a poor country, yet its people have shown a

resilience towards making this east coast tropical paradise a true jewel in the African crown.

Thank the LORD who is changing the face of African nations from ravages of war to

havens of peace

Pray that the influx of foreigners into these nations will not bring with them their failed

economic patterns to the continent of Africa, but rather they will come to learn from the

continent where they went wrong.

Pray that the LORD will not only bring foreigners into the continent’s nations, but will

begin the African Aliyah as many who had gone as refugees and asylum seekers, return

with the wealth from the nations to empower and harness the resources of Africa for

Africans first, and then for the rest of the world.

While there is a influx of foreigners coming to seek refuge in the continent many are not

well educated yet the color of their skin qualifies them. This has to stop because there are

thousands of qualified Africans who can do the job in every gate of society on this

continent. It is time to rebuild Africa. We thank God for the foreigners who are ordained

to come and help rebuild it, but we also thank God for people who are qualified by merit

and their Godly spiritual input only. Corruption in immigration laws must be exposed.

Pray for your own territory and for every area where you have seen this tendency on the

continent.

Pray that there shall be tough new laws in the ministries of home affairs and in the

immigration laws of the continent so that only those who have a destiny in the continent

of Africa shall be welcomed but those bringing in their counterfeit new age ways and

other occult practices, neo-colonial mentality and abuse of the system shall be exposed

and flushed out

Also while they come with their expertise, we sift every other information that they may

bring because its knowledge which caused their own financial melt down. Pray for

Africans who have learned from those errors to become advisers in the nations of Africa.

We have qualified people who can help steer the African economies to the right direction

having learned from mistakes made in Western Europe

Brazil

Brazil is legalizing a 3 person marital union where by a man can marry two women at the

same time. Perversion of the gates of family in many ways is becoming rampant. Pray for

a move of the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ in that nation. Where are they as an

upholder of absolute standards of morality? Repent for the body and the willingness to let

such decadence in the society.

Brazil will be hosting both the next world cup and the next Olympics. These are

international events where the whole world will focus on that one nation. The enemy is

busy setting the stage for a new level of immorality to be sprung forth into the nations

from this South American powerhouse. Pray that the sleeping Body of Christ will arise

and begin to lay a foundation for the release of truth and life and morality throughout the

nations as they prepare effectively for these two world events.

South Africa

There is a sense of injustice and unrighteousness in the court system of South Africa. Recently

44 miners were killed during a riot against unjust salaries. South Africa's decision to level

murder charges against 270 platinum miners-even though the shots that left 34 of their

protesting colleagues dead were fired by police-has opened a sharp debate between state

prosecutors and their traditional allies in the country's government. The charges-based on the

so-called common purpose doctrine, which had been used to stifle dissent during apartheid-

have caused "shock, panic and confusion. South Africa's prosecuting authorities hit back. The

decision to charge the miners with murder, attempted murder and public violence, among

others, was based on "sufficient" evidence which was not elaborated.

Proclaim Prov 29:26: Pray for South Africa in particular, and Africa at large that in this

year of divine governance the LORD will arise where injustice in leadership and double

standards are being practiced.

Pray that through the Body of Christ, the deep woundedness that is being felt by those

who experienced such a loss will find solace, and a voice of justice and righteousness

This is a year of divine governance. The foundation of the LORD’s throne are

righteousness and justice. Utter the voice of the LORD on every seat of leadership where

such injustice, and unrighteous utterances are being levelled against the people of the

land. Pray that the LORD will arise concerning this matter. (Psa 68:1-4, Psa 89:14, Psa 97:2)

October 20; Elections to the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly will be held

October 1: Parliamentary election will be held on 1 October 2012 in Georgia. It is the 7th

legislative election to be held since independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.

PRAYING THROUGH THE HEAVENS

Jesus Christ said that in the last days, there shall be signs in the heavens. He asked the

apostles to take heed to note the activities in the heavens and to understand what theGod was

revealing on earth. This is not demonic astrology but Biblical understanding of what the

heavens are speaking from month to month. Remember the heavens are created to mark the

times and seasons on earth. It will do you well to understand what is happening as the

heavens declare (Further reading download from our website Understanding the Heavens).

This is a season of a lot of activity with regard to the heavens in this season. The shape of

the moon determines the difference between the sickles and the bows as it goes through its

different phases. When it looks like a C or its mirror image, it is a crescent; but when it looks

like a D or its mirror image, then it is a bow.

Various occult groups use the crescent moon as sickles (e.g. Hecate’s sickle), for

harvesting the gains of many who are ignorant, and for demonic strength and fortification

with intense enchantments. Deuteronomy 23:25 forbids this. It is therefore the duty of every

child of God to enforce this provision.

Pray that the sun, moon and stars will this month, on a daily basis, yield their finest and

very best firstly for yourself then the Body of Christ and territory you occupy. (Deut.

33:14.)

Pray that the one who sits on the cloud with the sharp sickle in His hand will thrust in the

sickle and reap off the earth all those who involve themselves in such wicked acts of

reaping the gains of the ignorant to enrich themselves. (Joel 3:13, Rev 14:15)

Pray that the moon will praise the LORD and do His bidding – to rule the night and mark

throughout the world. Pray that the moon shall not smite them by night during these

Pray that the gates of the 11th lunar season be lifted up for the King of Glory to go into the

season and posses it as the Possessor of all things and use it for His glory (Ps 24:7-10; Gen

Remember that this year 2012 at the eve of every new moon, you are to present yourself

before the LORD, raise a memorial altar in your family and offer a memorial offering

where He will direct you. This will be for the release of covenant wealth and a

strengthening of your voice in the spirit realm.

Pray that the LORD will, during this new moon show you what you should do in order

for the work of your hands to be blessed, and the covenant of wealth, in the area of

finance, will be activated to a new level. Prov 18:16

The Full moon will be on October 29 2012 @ 19.50UT

The moon is a celestial body made up of a luminous substance that absorbs light from

the sun during the day and emits this light at night. At full moon, the part of the moon

presented to the sun for sunlight, fully emits the light received as light to the earth at night.

Similarly, when the spirit of man is presented to the LORD, it absorbs spiritual light from the

LORD God who is the source of light because He is a sun (Ps 84:11a; Mal 4:2a) then He emits

the light absorbed in the realm of the spirit to give light to the world that is full of darkness.

The more the light you receive from the word, the brighter you will shine.

You cannot be light to the world if you fail to present your spirit to the LORD to be

continuously enlightened by His word. The tangibility of your shining light to the world is

your good works which you cannot do without light from the LORD. Proclaim and

meditate on Matt 5:14-16

Pray for yourself, family, friends, the Body of Christ, that God will inspire the above

understanding and also birth the appetite for His word in you. (Job 32:8; )

The full moon will fall on the eve of the Halloween and All Souls’ Day. People in the

kingdom of darkness draw power from the full moon in order to manipulate and draw

power from the heavens during that season for unfair advantage.

Command the full moon to praise the LORD and do only His bidding as commanded

from Genesis 1:14-17; to mark the times and seasons.

Command the full moon to release its best for Kingdom citizens. (Deuteronomy 33:14)

Pray that the full moon will smite every tongue that rises to draw any ungodly power

from the moon (Psalm 121:6)

Pray that every instruction from monthly prognosticators, diviners and astrologers will be

turned to madness and all their predictions will turn into confusion (Isaiah 44:24-25)

Utter the voice of the blood of Jesus to blot out every word recorded in the heavens

against Kingdom citizens by those in the occult during the full moon (Heb 12:24, Col 2:14-

15, Psalm 29)

The moon is at full capacity of light in this season, witches, wizards; sorcerers are also

occupied with full capacity of darkness because at full moon, they engage in sacrifices,

enchantments, dancing and other activities that will please their master the devil. Children

of light must equally be full of light from their King. Pray that all members of the Body of

Christ will engage themselves in the depth of God’s word and worship at full moon,

asking God to make them epistles of Christ written by the spirit of God on the tables of

their hearts, so filled with light so they can really shine just as the moon shines. (2 Cor 3:3)

Solar Movements

When the LORD made certain statements in the Old Testament, sometimes we take

them at face value and miss the implication of what they meant. For instance when He told

Abram in Genesis 15 to bring out 5 sets of animals for sacrifice, Abram being from a Hittite

background did not need to be instructed on how to prepare the animals. He knew exactly

what to do, because he understood that such animals were meant for making of the strongest

and deepest covenant between any two parties. It was an ancient Chaldean practice of

covenant making.

Similarly, when the LORD told Abram to come out and look at the heavens and see the

stars in promise of the seed to come, again the LORD was revealing to Abram the story of the

coming Seed as declared in the various constellations in the heavens.

Today as people seek the LORD He is revealing more and more the purpose of the

heavens and how to set their dominion on earth. Thus, on a monthly basis, He continues to

reveal His-story through the heavens. Because of the victory of Jesus on Calvary, and our

shared inheritance of creation as co-heirs with Him, the Body of Christ can answer the

question the LORD asked Job in Job 38:33; Yes we can set the dominion of the heavens here on

earth.

From September 16, 2012 at 12:20 UTC - 31 October 2012 at 00:40 UTC as the sun makes

its circuit through the heavens, it passes through a group of 110 stars in the constellation

called Virgo symbolised by a virgin with a branch in her right hand and some ears of corn

in her left hand. This is the longest sojourn of the sun in a single constellation.

Here begins the tale of the LORD Jesus Christ’s life as foretold by the heavens. This

aptly coincides with the beginning of the Jewish year. It is believed by various biblical

scholars and historians that the real date of Jesus Christ’s birth may have actually fallen

around the season when the sun is in Virgo even as the heavens do declare. It starts with a

two-fold testimony of the Coming One.

Virgo represents JESUS – BORN OF A WOMAN AND IS THE RIGHTEOUS BRANCH,

WHO’S REIGN WILL BE BEAUTIFUL AND GLORIOUS, AND WHO WILL MAKE THE

FRUIT OF THE LAND TO BE RENOWNED.

Continue to thank God for the sun’s longest sojourn within a single constellation in the

heavens. Pray that as the Sun stays in Virgo throughout this month may it reflect the eternal,

beautiful and glorious reign of the righteous branch. Throughout the month of October

In this year of divine governance, pray that the LORD Jesus whose reign will be beautiful

and glorious, will indeed be reflected through the kind of political leadership that will be

raised in this year of so many national elections.

Pray that indeed as these leaders are raised in nations they will set patterns of

government, governance politics and diplomacy which will be emulated throughout the

nations. Pray that the prophetic word will come to pass that leadership patterns set in

Africa shall be good examples in the nations. He will make the fruit of the land in this

regard, to be renowned.

The foundations of the kingdom of God at every level, are righteousness and justice. Pray

that the reign of Christ will be made more and more manifest in your nation in the seven

pillars of the kingdom including; (1) Righteous and Just kings (2) Righteous and just

thrones (3) Righteous and just foundations of thrones (4) Righteous and just sceptres (5)

Righteous and just elders (6) Righteous and just messengers (priesthood) (7) righteous and

just subjects. (Prov 9:1-)

called Virgo give further details of who the “Branch” is.

COMA represents “The Desired” which portrays the coming “Branch” to be a child who will

be the “Desire of all nations” referring to Jesus.

Thank God for Jesus Christ the Desired of all nations who humbled Himself and passed

through the fallen man’s reproductive gates in order to become a Son of man; and

experience all that man experiences, in order to become the Redeemer King of all creation.

(Joh 3:16, Rom 5:6-8, Heb 4:12-16)

Pray that throughout the Body of Christ, there shall be more soul winning efforts during

this season of high spiritual activity. As many seek to reconnect with the gods they serve

through various cultural rituals, pray that they will encounter the LORD Jesus Christ, the

Desired of all Nations.

Pray that those who see Jesus Christ as a “good man” or a “prophet” or a “great teacher”

will see Him as “The Branch” – the root and offspring of David; and will receive the

conviction of the Holy Spirit to turn to Him.

CENTAURUS represents “the centaur” a being having two natures depicting Jesus,

who was Son of God and son of man, the Lion and the Lamb, the root and offspring of David,

the peasant Shepherd and royal King.

You are the only face of Christ some people may ever see. Many look at kingdom citizens

and expect to see the only face of Christ represented. Pray that you will be among those

who will reflect the nature of Christ in any one or several of His two fold natures to those

who have never encountered Him. You will become a living epistle through whose life,

men may seek Him .(Acts 17:26-28)

Pray that these and other two-fold natures of Christ will be manifest in the body of Christ

worldwide during this season.

BOOTES represents the “coming one”, referring to Jesus Christ the coming Messiah and

Judge of the earth.

In this season of the Feasts of Trumpets, foreshadowing the second return of the King of

kings and LORD of LORDs; pray that the Holy Spirit will bring to remembrance the

reality of the Day of the LORD. Pray that kingdom citizens in all nations will begin to read

the signs of the times and to desire for the return of the LORD to tabernacle with mankind

forever.

In this season of divine governance, the LORD comes to redefine foundations in the

nations and judge situations that have long evaded justice in the nations.

Pray that areas of age-old corruption, and unresolved injustice and righteousness in every

level of society will encounter “The Coming One” who is our King, Judge, and Lawgiver

(Isa 33:22, 61:1-4)

Pray that the Coming Messiah will also visit with favour those who have long sought Him

and need His comfort, restoration and healing touch and His reward for their faithfulness

to Him. Pray that you will the counted among them.

Christ the Redeemer and give glory to Him, the heavens shall speak to the earth, and

everywhere that men are raising altars or servicing altars from the earth to demon gods,

the earth will rise to resist those altars of death;

Pray that wherever men have made covenant with death and the grave, the earth shall

reject them, and rise to fight against every counterfeit; as it responds to the heaven

declaring that Jesus Christ is the Redeemer and Giver of life.

Declare that in this season of high spiritual activity, angelic assistance for every God

ordained endeavour will be afforded you, and Kingdom citizens all over the world.

Declare that every territory that such kingdom citizens occupy will be a no-flight zone for

any wickedness; and the heavens over you shall yield forth its best, and the earth, will

bring forth its best for you.
