with this condition. Often, after the excitement of the holidays, we can see
seasonal sadness. Health at Home staff will share the signs, symptoms and how to
manage and fight off depression.

The January 14 meeting will highlight the life and poetry of Edgar Allan Poe. The January 28 meeting will showcase the lives and poetry of William Wordsworth and Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
