• Responsibilities:
• manage the product backlog
• assign priorities to tasks in the product backlog depending on requirements
• change priorities to tasks in the product backlog based on modifications in the requirements
Scrum Master
• Can be done by anyone
• Responsibilities:
• manage the sprint process
• run 15-minute long scrum meetings
• keep track of sprint goals
• resolve any issues that occur during the process
The team
• Includes artists, animators, programmers, designers, quality assurance and specialists
• Responsibilities:
• develop the functionality of the product
• ensure the success of each sprint and the project overall
• decide how the product backlog should be split into sprint backlogs
Customers
• The goal of the customers is to ensure that the project is completed and all the requirements are met.
