Each entry must include 3 copies of student entry form. Entries that do not meet the packaging instructions
on each Art Category Rule will not be accepted. Artwork
not in compliance with the official rules will not be accepted.
Please keep a copy of your artwork for your records.
All entries in digital categories, music, movie and dance choreography should be submitted on a thumb drive.
All entries, except for visual art should be placed in a manila envelope for protection.
Please place the entry form in a transparent protective sheet and attach it to the manila folder.
All visual art should be mounted on a sturdy cardboard. Please attach the entry form to the back of the cardboard.

Celebrity Childrens Book Author visiting BHE Author Angela DiTerlizzi will be visiting 1st and 2nd graders on October 23rd. Autographed copies of her books may be purchased through the form that went home with your student or by clicking here. Greg Tang Math K-5 Math Parent Workshop Please join us Tuesday, October 23, from 7:00 -8:00pm for an engaging evening with Greg Tang, one of our country’s leading math educators.
In this PARENT ONLY presentation, Mr. Tang will make sense of math standards and
problem solving strategies, and show specific ways parents can help children at home. Math
activities will be provided for BHE students in Kinder through 5th. There will be no child care
available for non-school age children. Parents, please make arrangements for young
children to stay at home.

Awesome Author Visit For 5th Grade! Author Stephen Bramucci will be visiting 5th grade on Nov. 1st. Autographed copies of his books may be purchased through the form that went home with your student or through the following link. Book Character pumpkins may be brought to the BHE library starting Monday, October 29th and must be picked up by Friday, November 2nd. (No carving please) Instructions and entry form are here and were also sent home with your student. Please read all directions. Let’s decorate the library with book characters!

Baby Picture Information: Due by November 1, 2018 1. We will be including a baby picture next to their 5th grade individual photo in our
yearbook. We are only accepting baby pictures through our “Dropbox” website. You
can upload them to the following website:

2. Please send the highest resolution/biggest file you can scan of the photo. Please label
as follows: (Child’s Name_Teacher’s Name)
Student Survey Questionnaire: Please complete ASAP 1. We are requesting information from your child to be included in our yearbook. We
need their answers to popular questions like: Favorite Eureka experiment, favorite
school lunch, favorite TV show, favorite book series and what they want to be when
they grow up.

Memory Pictures: Due by November 1, 2018 1. In previous Yearbooks, we included a 5th grade “Memories” page that showcased all
the fun memories your child has experienced while attending BHE. Look back at
those special events that happened throughout the years such as Field trips, Kinder
Rodeo, 50’s day, 100th day, pictures with friends still here at BHE, etc.
2. Please send fun photos and accompany it with an email to
