About the ALICT Learning JourneyALICT Participant

I have learned a lot by collaborating with peers – many practical issues have cropped up and were sorted out through discussion – often what is clear may not be viewed by all members similarly. These diverging views were taken on board so that all members felt valued and contributed genuinely.

These group assignments help me a lot to be a leader given that there is a need to persuade or convince colleagues.
