Our All-Inclusive Package is designed for busy couples who want to focus on their careers instead of getting sidetracked with planning a wedding. This eight hour wedding package bundles all the

essential items you will need along with our most popular upgrades to provide an unforgettable, all-inclusive wedding experience. .

(Note: We maintain flexibility in this package to allow you to customize this package to your exact needs.)


“All-Inclusive” Package Pricing

Pricing: Packages start at $7,745 for 25 guests.

(Each additional guest costs $85 each) Examples:

All-Inclusive Wedding for 50 guests: $9,870 All-Inclusive Wedding for 75 guests: $11,995

All-Inclusive Wedding for 100 guests: $14,120

Discounts: -Ask about special discounts for weddings held during the winter

months and other non-peak periods such as Fridays and Sundays. -10% Discount for active Military personnel

Deposit: $1,500

Availability: Any time of the day, every day of the year

Our All-Inclusive Package includes a $40 per person allowance for food and beverages allowing you to provide a fantastic spread of appetizers and a full dinner to your guests. Ask to see a copy of our menu and ask Rick or Cyndi to make suggestions. Note that the All-Inclusive Package includes all Taxes and Gratuity for your wedding.

DJ: $795 Value for DJ & Master of Ceremonies for reception

BYOB: Beer/Wine/Toast upgrade valued at $4.95 per person

Minister: Ordained minister with custom ceremony valued at $250

Personal Assistant: A staff member is assigned to cater to bride’s every need on her wedding day.

Off-site Assistance: Owner Cyndi Durham will provide eight hours of off-site consultation for your

wedding. You can use this time to visit potential lodging options, hair dressers, florists, or even dress shops. You decide how Cyndi can best help and she will be there for you !

So, how do we book our wedding?” It’s easy! The first step is to give us a call at 404-983-0900 and schedule a visit. We will set

aside one hour to show you our venues and provide you with a complimentary consultation about your wedding. We will answer all your questions and help you select the package that best fits your vision for your wedding. Even if you decide not to have your wedding with us you will pick up lots of valuable ideas from this FREE consultation.

Next you would put down your deposit and reserve your date.

You will have 72 hours after you book your wedding to change your mind and get a full

refund of your deposit. After this 72 hour waiting period your deposit becomes non-refundable should you cancel your wedding for any reason.

Next we will give you access to our Online Planner and schedule your planning sessions with Cyndi. We will also invite you to attend our Vendor Planning Days.

Ninety days prior to your wedding an additional payment of at least 25% of your wedding

invoice will be due. For example, if your wedding invoice is $20,000, a payment of $5,000 will be due 90 days prior to your wedding date.

Four weeks prior to your wedding, we will request a final commitment on the number of

guests you expect. A final invoice will be prepared and along with a summary of all payments made to your account. Your remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your wedding.
