• February 2015 Member Survey—36 responses • 100% agreed with good value and effective management• 97% agreed that topics have interest, provides opportunity to reflect on the business• 94% look forward to the meetings, value the relationships with other members, and like the university linkages• 92% value networking opportunities and member presentations• 86% like Fireside Chats

• February 2015 Columbia Club Survey—15 responses on 1-5 scale• Location of the Columbia Club 4.7• Valet Parking 4.5• Food at the reception and lunches 4.5• Meeting Space Quality 4.4• Overnight Rooms 3.0

• September meeting features Simon COO, Pricing Risk and the Cost of Debt, and Transitioning the Business to the Next Generation

• November meeting features Wabash National CEO, 80/20 Principle, and Best Practices for Buying a Company

• More requests to members from DeHayes for sharing expertise on the platform—Fireside or other

• Staying in the Columbia Club for meetings—87% of members in survey said don’t move

• Growing a net of 3 members from new companies

• Increasing involvement of the new Executive Director
