The Caregiver Coalition of San Diego in collaboration with Jewish Family Services of San Diego
have designed this conference to help unpaid family caregivers navigate challenges across the care
recipient’s lifespan. This conference will explore topics such as Proactive Planning, Reducing
Caregiver Stress, Managing Difficult Conversations, and Resolving Legal Matters that provide
family caregivers with valuable information from local experts and connections to local resources.
