The art of detail
Lynx Construction Management
thrives on building superior projects
for its clients. We take it farther than
simply delivering on time and on budget.
We build communities that flourish,
structures that become legacies, and
buildings that become icons.
Mission & Culture
Mission:Lynx Construction Management thrives on building superior projects for its clients. We take it farther than simply delivering on time and on budget. We build communities that flourish, structures that become legacies, and buildings that become icons.
Strategy:We build superior projects through the art of detail. We view the mastery of details as an equal balance of art (creatively implementing solutions to client needs) and science (delivering on time and within allocated resources).
Core Values: The execution of this strategy calls for a relentless focus on excellence - and on the details that create it. You can expect the following values to form part of your every interaction with Lynx Construction Management:
Safety - Maintaining a safe workplace for our clients and employees by implementing best practices and safety awareness in all that we do.
Integrity - Inspiring trust by taking responsibility, acting ethically and encouraging honest and open discussion.
Employees - Attracting and developing the best talent for our business, stretching our people and developing a “can do” attitude.
Client - Improving our clients’ business performance, creating long-term, win-win relationships and focusing on execution excellence.
Excellence - Striving to achieve excellence in all areas of our business – technical, operational, and administrative.
Innovation - Creating new or better ways to provide our service in all areas of our business through technology and development and training of our personnel.
Agility - Embracing change, and adapting rapidly to maintain the knowledge, skills and tools that best serve our clients.
Stewardship - Building a heritage for future generations, acting with an owner’s mentality.
Environment - Protecting the environment through implementation of sustainable and best practices.
The Art of Detail The construction industry is often evaluated in terms of hard numbers. Lynx Construction Management has established
our foundation by consistently delivering our clients’ projects on time and on (or under) budget - and we have exceeded
their expectations by delivering more. Lynx Construction Management believes our success - and what makes us different - lies in the details.
Details are at the heart of Lynx Construction Management’s mission and approach to business because they
define the results we create for our client projects - and fuel the growth of our portfolio. Allow us to explain:
philosophy, culture, organizational structure and infrastructure.

The art of detail
ExpertiseConstruction ManagementLynx Construction Management’s philosophy is to master the Art
of Detail for clients’ business by creating a culture of excellence
– one that relentlessly focuses on the details throughout every
aspect of our client projects. In execution, this means that Lynx
establishes a true partnership with each of our clients, providing
open communication and transparency through each milestone
and decision point within the construction process.
Advantages associated with Lynx’s Construction Management
services include:
Cost-Efficiency: Through capital program planning, purchasing
power, leveraged options for guaranteed maximum contracts
and contract negotiations on our clients’ behalf, we leverage
the scale and depth of our construction relationships to ensure
optimal client costs and return on investment.
Time-Efficiency: By offering fast-tracked and phased
construction project opportunities, our experience allows us to
optimize and streamline the time from inception to construction
completion – while prioritizing quality assurance.
Transparency through Experience: By offering seamless access
to construction operations and associated documentation,
creation of construction and contract documents, materials
verification and accepting accountability for establishing and
managing “lead time”, we ensure that key milestones and high-
impact decisions are a fully transparent, collaborative process
between Lynx Construction Management and our client teams.
Design-BuildLynx Construction Management’s Design-Build expertise presents
clients with a turn-key construction solution targeting superior
results. Lynx has cultivated a team of multi-disciplinary experts
with the objective of offering a single-resource to manage each
construction project from concept to completion, through a single
team and contract.
Advantages of Lynx Construction Management’s turnkey approach
include:
Cost-Efficiency: Construction costs are driven by subcontractors
and suppliers. As a solution to ensure optimal costs for client
projects, Lynx Construction Management leverages extensive
subcontractor and expert relationships to integrate at the inception
of each design-building project to ensure cost-saving opportunities
and inform key decisions prior to implementation.
Single Source of Accountability: A collaborative team of
consultants, architects, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and
client/owner – managed through a single project manager -
allows Lynx Construction Management to ensure optimal
communication as client goals are consistently exceeded.
Time-Efficiency: Lynx Construction Management’s fully integrated
team is charged with optimizing – and reducing – the time to
convert each project from inception to completion. This is
accomplished by focusing on quality assessments that reduce
the need for rework and redesigns, by overlapping design and
construction phases, and by streamlining buy-out and bidding times.

SustainabilityGreen BuildingLynx Construction Management believes that efficient
construction processes and sustainable, “green” building
are mutually beneficial practices – and not mutually
exclusive. Lynx subscribes to the philosophy that green
building is a practice of creating structures and utilizing
processes that are environmentally responsible and
resource-efficient throughout a building’s life-cycle. We
recognize the impact that construction activities can have
on the natural ecosystem and on building occupants, and
are therefore committed to employing sustainable practices
that minimize environmental impact, improve energy
efficiency, reduce water demand, and which promote
recycling and improved indoor air quality.
Lynx believes green construction
and building practices can also
help connect people to our natural
surroundings, through more energy-
efficient structures. We are proud to
employ sustainable, “green” building
practices on behalf of our clients, and
encourage awareness across our partnerships.
Renewable EnergyLynx Construction Management employs multiple practices
to invest in and encourage utilization of renewable energy
on behalf of our clients. We believe renewable energy
offers a positive return on investment by reducing our
collective dependence on foreign oil, relying on a less
price-volatile resource than fuel, and ultimately eliminating
pollutants that may otherwise place human health at risk.
Lynx Construction Management’s Energy and Sustainability
Management services include:
• Energy Audits• Energy Cost Analysis• Energy Conservation Retrofit• Energy Use Planning and Management• Solar Energy Systems• LEED Project Management
Building a more accessible South FloridaCommunity involvement is an integral detail comprising
Lynx Construction Management’s daily business. It is
reflected in the firm’s vision for its project portfolio, which
presents the opportunity (and self-perceived duty) to
help bridge South Florida’s past with its future. The
firm’s work includes projects that require preservation
and restoration of structures with deep roots and history
in the community, new construction projects that create
opportunity for South Florida’s present and future,
and public-level projects that facilitate multiple South
Florida municipalities to provide additional services to its
residents. Community involvement and service is a priority
that Lynx aims to deliver directly through the details of its
day-to-day business.
Beyond client work, community service is both a passion
and duty honored by the firm and its employees. We
have experienced first-hand that South Florida can be
a community of two extremes: wealth and poverty, and
recognize that a significant portion of the population is
unable to access or afford the opportunities resulting
from economic development. We are passionate about
narrowing that gap through a variety of philanthropic roles
focused on three key causes:
1. Positive Childhood Development2. Social Justice3. Education
