ARTIST PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTThis agreement is made herewith on this ______ day of February 2011, Between M/S Visual World, a production house and event management company having its principal office at 2nd floor, Hafiz Plaza, 57 DACHS., Main Shahr-e-Faisal, Near Baloch Colony Flyover, Karachi, through their CEO Mr. Arif Ahmad Bahalim son of Abdul Hafiz Bahalim, holder of Pakistan National Identity Card No.42201-6651301-3 hereinafter called the First Party And

Mr. ____________________________ son of ______________________________ resident of _______________________________________________________and holder of Pakistan National Identity Card No.____________________ hereinafter called the Second Party.

Now this agreement is witnessth as under :1. That First Party is organizing an event on 15th March 2011 at _________________________________ for M/s Indus Motors Pvt Limited on their family day occasion hereinafter called the show, and has approached to the Second Party for his / her performance in this same show.

2. That the Second Party has agreed to put his/her performance in the Show against an amount of Pak Rupee _______________ only out of which Rs. _________ is being paid to him/her in advance as token of signing amount whereas the remaining Rs.____________ shall be paid to him/her on the day of the show after his / her performance.

3. That the Second Party shall bring with him/her _______________________________________________________ on his/her own cost and expense.4. That the Second Party shall display his/her performance on the show for a duration not less than _________ minutes
