Introduction – Astrea Learning, Leadership and Development Strategy
Our guiding light at Astrea is to provide an education that “inspires beyond measure”. That applies to every academy, and to every pupil in our family. The only way we can deliver on that promise is through you. Not only do we want you to feel empowered to inspire beyond measure in everything you do, but we want you to feel you have the skills to do so.
One of the many benefits of being an academy trust is that we are able to invest in the things that matter. For us, that is you. In these pages, you will find structured learning pathways designed to support all colleagues – from teaching assistants and classroom teachers through to middle and senior leaders.
Our offer covers leadership skills, subject specialisms, inclusion, safeguarding and much more. We are here to support and develop you every step of the way.
