Parkwood uses the finest select, solid Spruce tops with a variety of high quality tone woods for the sides and back. Hand scalloped bracing provides strength to the spruce top and helps shape the vocal quality of the instrument. Hand selected spruce tone wood is chosen for its sound and beauty. Tone tapped for the ideal timbre and volume.

Our Parkwood necks are machined from select mahogany, with final shaping by experienced hands. This creates a neck with the feeling of a custom made instrument. Just the right size for good tone, shaped for effortless playability, and providing the stability to last a lifetime.

Acoustic electric models use state of the art Fishman preamps with a combination of inner body microphones and under saddle piezo pickups. Intuitive, easy to use features that accurately reproduce the voice of each instrument.

Each Parkwood guitar goes thru several inspection and set up processes before they are sent to you. Detailed inspection and set up at the factory checks for any anomalies in workmanship. A final thorough inspection and set up process at the Parkwood workshop by seasoned technicians insures an easy playing guitar with the right set up and perfect tone. Effortless playability, with perfect tone, is our goal. Delivering solid workmanship and value without compromise, is what we strive for.

For the budget conscious player who wants to get the best materials and components, the S20 Series includes a Solid Sitka Spruce top with Mahogany laminate sides & back. A natural satin finish surrounds the body & neck, giving it a soft look and feel. The mahogany tone is rich & focused with a tight bass response.
