Wow! It’s April already. Time for the new Elks year to start at our Lodge. First I would like to thank Gary and his officers for all their hard work, determination and leadership during the past year. They did a great job. I would also like to thank the co-chairs of our House Committee, Lisa and Jack Travis for all their creative and innovative ideas. This dynamic duo is stepping down from the committee due to work commitments. Thank you for a job well done! They will be missed. However, the good news is that our new House Committee Chair is Kelly Barber. You’ve already seen her at the Lodge hard at work. With her experience and knowledge, and “can do” attitude, she is definitely up to the challenge of this position and I look forward to working with her and her committee this year.
