The Beatles earned over $130,000 in their first Seattle concert. In their first 3-4 years they grossed over 1.5 million dollars.
Because of the Beatles’ sudden popularity, their pockets were not empty, they soon got introduced to drugs. John Lennon was one of the first of the Beatles to spend his new found riches on dope.
The Beatles rise to fame started Beatlemania ( kind of like modern-day Bieberfever).
This consisted of many female fans who loved The Beatles.

They’re music is part of the two genres rock and pop. The Beatles were put together by John Lennon. The lead singers were John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The lead guitarist was George Harrison and the drummer was Ringo Starr.
Officially their name was the Querry Men. They changed their name many times. Some of their names at some point were the Silver Beats, and the Silver Beetles. Then they finally came up with the name The Beatles.
