In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request all mobile phones are switched to ‘silent’ during your time at the salon.

All clients are required to complete a consultation card before your treatment commences.

Allergies & Medical Conditions- Please let us know at the time of booking if you suffer from any known allergies or medical conditions, as some treatments may be unsuitable.

Arrival - On your first visit we ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time in order to complete your consultation card and therefore benefit from your full treatment time.

Cancellation Policy - Should you wish to cancel, we kindly ask for 24hrs notice. Treatments cancelled less than 24hrs may incur a 50% charge.

Deposits - We ask that any treatment booked for 1 hr 30 mins or longer will require a 50% deposit. Failure to offer 24 hrs notice to cancel an appointment will incur a loss of deposit.

Gift Vouchers - All vouchers must be redeemed within five months from date of issue. Failure to do so will render them invalid.

Health and Safety - Due to our health and safety policies we regreat that we do not accept responsibility for the welfare of children within the salon. We therefore ask that you refrain from bringing in children and babies when recieving your treatments.

Lateness of Appointment - Out of consideration for other clients we regret anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Valuables - Various treatments will require the removal of jewellery which will be kept in the treatment room. Please remember to take your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
