Dramatic Reduction of wrinkles

INDEPENDENT STUDY

Conducted by Independent Medical Laboratory over 60 Day Period using LedSonic’s red, blue and ultrasound therapy

The following clinical criteria were examined:• The increase of the skin’s tightness measured by ultrasound (density and thickness) • The increased radiance of the skin • The homogeneity of the complexion • The decrease in the depth of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and forehead

CLINICAL PROTOCOL

Participants: Thirty Women between the ages of 35 and 75Treatment by LedSonic® device delivering ultrasound (1 and 5 MHz), LED red and blue phototherapy. Each subject used the device daily (morning and evening) for 2 months by starting each session with phototherapy: • Phototherapy LED blue (1 minute on each cheek) • Phototherapy LED red (1 minute around right eye and on the cheek bones)

RESULTS

■ Skin Radiance:A statistically significant increase in radiance of 24.17 % was observedafter 60 days of treatment with a score of 2.07 versus 2.73 at Day 0 ; those figures from 0 to 4 rely on a clinical evaluation based on the following scale: score 0 = very radiant, score 4, very dull, no radiance. Significant increase was observed even after 30 days of treatment (10.2%).

■ Depth of Fine Lines and Wrinkles:A 38.6% statistically significant reduction in the fine lines and wrinkles ofthe crow’s feet evaluated by dermatological scoring was observed after60 days of treatment with a score of 1.16 versus 1.89 at Day 0.The reduction of the depth of the wrinkles at Day 30 was at 20.7 %.

■ Skin Density:After 60 days of treatment, a significant augmentation of 10.7% in theskin’s density was found with 63% versus 56.89% at Day 0. The increase at Day 30 was 7.3%.

■ Thickness of Dermis by UltraSound:After 60 days of treatment, a significant increase of 11.26% in thethickness of the skin was observed with 1.58 versus 1.42 mm at Day 0. The increase obtained at Day 30 was 9.15%.

■ Participants Assessment:• 93% agreed LedSonic® was easy to use• After using the device, 70% agreed their skin was more luminous• 80% of the participants agreed LedSonic® improved the appearance of their skin• An overall youthful appearance was observed after the conclusion of the study with 3D visualizations confirming a dramatic decrease in the depth of wrinkles amongst the group.

CONCLUSION:• 93% agreed LedSonic® was easy to use• 80% of the participants agreed LedSonic® improved the appearance of their skin• Significant reduction in wrinkle depth and overall skin radiance and skin density led to youthful appearance
