RETAIL REWARDS PROGRAM

$60 DD® DOLLARS

1. The Daniel Defense Retail Rewards Program is open to all persons (hereinafter, individually as “participant”) legally employed by a retail firearms dealer. The dealer must have a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) with a storefront (having a valid state resale tax number) where the sale of firearms is permitted by law.

2. New “Daniel Defense” complete rifle(s), complete pistol variant(s), and/or DD WAVE suppressor(s) sold by participant (at any time within the calendar year) qualifies for the Daniel Defense Retail Rewards Program. The sale of pre-owned or used “Daniel Defense” complete rifle(s), complete pistol variant(s) and/or DD WAVE suppressors Do Not qualify. A Daniel Defense complete rifle, complete pistol variant and/or DD WAVE suppressor is considered sold when the bill of sale is completed and a Form 4473 is completed by the purchasing consumer. More specifically, the participant who qualifies for DD Dollars for any such sale must submit to Daniel Defense the sold firearm’s serial number and page 3 of Form 4473 from the transaction. Thereafter, DD Dollars will be awarded to the participant’s account.

3. All participant requests for redemption must be submitted to Daniel Defense via the official redemption form. The official redemption form may be sent via e-mail, fax or mail to the address listed herein. DD Dollars have no cash value. DD Dollars not redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions herein will be forfeited.

4. Incomplete official redemption forms will not be processed. Daniel Defense will make every effort possible to contact the participant to gather additional information to fully process the redemption form. In the event Daniel Defense is unable to establish contact with the participant within a reasonable amount of time, the redemption request will be canceled.

5. If the requested “Daniel Defense” complete rifle(s) and/or complete pistol variant(s) and/or DD WAVE suppressor(s) is not available at the time of redemption, the participant may have the option to place an order for the requested firearm for future production (if available). Otherwise, Daniel Defense reserves the right to substitute the requested firearm with a product of equal or greater value. The redeemed firearm(s) and/or complete pistol variant(s) and/ DD WAVE suppressor(s) will be shipped to the participant’s retail firearms location, wherein the participant is currently employed. The participant will be responsible for any such freight and/or any transfer fees that may be incurred.

6. Redeemed DD Dollars in the Daniel Defense Retail Rewards Program are subject to verification before redemption. DD Dollars accrued by a sale that cannot be properly verified will be forfeited. Combining DD Dollars by multiple retail sales associates is not allowed.

7. The Daniel Defense Retail Rewards Program is subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws. Firearms shipped pursuant to the Retail Rewards Program must be shipped to participant’s FFL. Not all “Daniel Defense” complete rifle(s) and/or complete pistol variant(s) and/or DD WAVE suppressors are available in all states or locales. Prior to submitting the official redemption form, it is the participant’s sole duty and responsibility to ensure that the redemption complies with the participant’s state and local laws.

8. In accordance with federal law, an IRS Form 1099 will be issued to those participants who redeem their DD Dollars for a firearm, pistol, upper receiver group or suppressor equal to or exceeding $600 dollars. In such instances, wherein a participant redeems DD Dollars for the purchase of more than one firearm or pistol variant, upper receiver group or suppressor in a calendar year, the total value of products will be combined for purposes of issuing an IRS Form 1099. The value of products redeemed will be determined by the Daniel Defense dealer price guide for the applicable year in which the redemption is submitted.

9. Daniel Defense reserves the right to amend or cancel the Daniel Defense Retail Rewards Program at any time it deems fit and for any reason whatsoever. Daniel Defense reserves the right to suspend or revoke any participation in the program for any reason whatsoever (including if the participant fails to abide by the terms and conditions as set forth herein). The Daniel Defense Retail Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law. The offers contained herein are only good in the United States.

HOW TO REDEEM DD® DOLLARS /In order to redeem DD® Dollars in the Daniel Defense® Retail Rewards Program, you must submit the official redemption form. It is the participant’s sole duty and responsibility to verify that enough DD® Dollars have been accumulated for redemption of a participating product. Once verified, the participant shall perform the following:

1) Complete and sign an official redemption form. The form must be filled out in its entirety.

2) Provide a copy of your Retail Rewards sales history with your redemption form.
